色影无忌携手当代艺术家王宁德新作9月亮相影像上海艺术博览会
第三届影像上海艺术博览会（原名Photo Shanghai）将于9月初在上海展览中心举办，近日，本届展会上的特写单元浮出水面——由该展会的活动合作伙伴色影无忌(XITEK)携手当代艺术家王宁德推出“色影无忌年度特别展览：王宁德摄影作品《无名（No Name）》系列”。
王宁德是以影像和装置作为主要语言的当代艺术家，在本次特写单元的展览中，他的最新摄影作品《无名》系列将首次公开亮相。2016年9月9日-9月11日期间，观众将于影像上海艺术博览会入口处的特写单元展厅，零距离接触这组极具实验精神的全新作品。
一直以来，王宁德不断用自己的作品拓展影像艺术的边界，《无名》系列再次体现了艺术家敏锐的洞察力和实验精神。
在《无名》系列作品中，王宁德以摄影的方式在城市街头收集了大量无名者涂抹的笔触，以此作为影像元素，用拼贴和描摹的方式完成了作品。他在艺术史、新闻、自然界、社交网络的现成图像中进行选择，用“对抗和冲突”的主题来过滤这些图像，并着重刻画了无名者在行动中的肖像。作品完全以摄影和拼贴的方式来完成，但却令人惊讶的呈现出酷似绘画的面貌。
色影无忌是全球最大中文影像生活门户，也是国内最早关注影像艺术的视觉媒体机构之一，它一直见证并支持着中国当代摄影艺术的发展。“影像上海艺术博览会”是由世界摄影组织 （World Photography Organization）主办的、专注于艺术影像的顶级国际艺术博览会，为大众呈现来自顶尖画廊和艺术家的艺术摄影和移动影像作品。
色影无忌与影像上海艺术博览会的此番合作，将进一步让影像上海艺术博览会介入大中华区的摄影生态，从而促进中国大陆本土与世界影像艺术之间的对话。

“No Name” Experiment
—Xitek invites contemporary artist Wang Ningde to debut new work at PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai
The third edition of PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai (formerly Photo Shanghai) will be held in early September at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre. XITEK, the Event Partner of PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai, will present the “XITEK Annual Special Exhibition”, a dynamic new solo show by contemporary artist Wang Ningde.
Positioned at the entrance of the fair, Wang Ningde’s exhibition will include the public debut of his latest work and will welcome thousands of visitors to PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai which runs September 9-11, 2016.
Wang Ningde is a contemporary artist who uses image and installation as his main creative language. In this special solo exhibition, his newest photographic series No Name will be unveiled for the first time. Wang Ningde has continually used his works to expand the boundaries of image art, and the No Name series once again reflects his keen insight and experimental vision.
For the works in the No Name series, Wang Ningde photographically collected numerous markings left by the brushstrokes of nameless people in urban spaces to use as creative elements. Using the theme of “confrontation and conflict” as a filter to select ready-made images from art history, news, the natural world, and social networks, he brings the photographic brushstrokes together in collages that depict and parody the ready-made images. Using images of brushstroke marks by nameless painters, he depicts portraits of nameless actors in conflict. Although the works are completed entirely using photography and collage, they are surprising in their resemblance to painting.
XITEK is the largest Chinese language image life portal globally, and is also one of the earliest domestic visual media organizations to focus on image art. As such, it has been witness to and supported the development of Chinese contemporary art photography. PHOTOFAIRS, international art fairs dedicated to photography, is committed to presenting fine art photography and moving image from leading international galleries and their artists. Conceived and managed by the World Photography Organisation, in addition to its Shanghai destination PHOTOFAIRS will launch its newest fair in San Francisco in January 2017.
This joint project of PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai and XITEK will allow for greater involvement of PHOTOFAIRS | Shanghai in the photography ecology of the Greater China region, and promote further dialogue between the domestic and international image art worlds.
