“90后”姑娘跳入冰水救人冲上热搜，网友：好姑娘光芒万丈

2023年1月1日，新年第一天，#姑娘不顾生理期跳冰湖救出老人#冲上了话题热搜榜，网友看后直呼“心疼”。

On the very first day of 2023, the heroic actions of a young woman went viral after she jumped into a frozen lake to save an old man despite her period and the cold weather.

2022年12月31日15时许，正在公园和家人一起散步的“90后”姑娘张鑫圆听到湖边群众传来的求救声，循声一看，发现一名老人落水。老人只有头部露在冰面上，且已体力不支。

来不及多想，张鑫圆第一时间跑到湖边。试了试冰面的厚度后，她踩着冰面冲向老人落水处施救。但当她刚用双手拉住老人时，冰面突然破裂，张鑫圆也掉进了湖水里，冰冷的湖水一下没过了她的头。

On Dec 31, 2022, a young woman in her 20s named Zhang Xinyuan heard cries for help while walking with her family in a lakeside park. An old man had accidentally fallen into the frozen water and was barely managing to keep his head above the icy surface. Without stopping to think, Zhang stepped on the ice to rescue the man, all of a sudden, the ice broke and she fell into the lake too.

寒冷侵袭，张鑫圆一边自救一边拉着老人向岸边靠近。岸边的母亲几度哽咽地提醒她：“你赶紧上来！你赶上事（生理期）了！”可是张鑫圆说：“我没有事，放心吧，我会游泳！”

面对母亲的劝告，张鑫圆没有回头，在冰水中紧紧抓住老人，奋力将其往岸上拽。最终，岸边的家人和群众找来了救生竹竿。在大家齐心协力之下，落水老人终于被救助上岸。

据悉，老人今年87岁，在湖滨公园散步时误入冰面落水，经及时救治，老人身体已无大碍。

Zhang's mother cried after her, "Don't go! You've just had your period!" But the determined young woman replied, "I'm fine! Don't worry. I can swim!" She grabbed the old man tightly in the icy water and used all of her strength to bring him near the shore. Meanwhile, some bystanders had found a bamboo pole and were able to use it to pull them onto the shore. With timely treatment, the old man has recovered.

张鑫圆出生于1996年，是威海乳山市公安局的辅警，同时也是一名2岁孩子的妈妈。她说：“我就想着赶紧把大爷救出来。”张鑫圆表示，救人是她的本能，也是职责所在，能及时把大爷救上来靠的是大家一起努力。

Zhang is an auxiliary police officer of the Public Security Bureau of Rushan, Weihai, Shandong province, and also the mother of a 2-year-old child. Afterward, she said it was her instinct and duty to save people, and the successful rescue depended on the joint efforts of the crowd.

“回家后，俺妈满眼泪地又是找换洗衣物、又是熬姜汤，我瞬间觉得平安健康是家人们最期盼的。我现在身体挺好的，特别感谢网友们对我的关心和关爱，请大家放心吧。”张鑫圆说。
