全球对区块链人才需求量大增
Global Demand for Block Chain Talent Skyrocketed
领英2018年数据显示，全球对于区块链人才的需求量从2015年开始出现增长，并且在2016-2017年经历了爆发式的显著增长。
According to LinkedIn’s data in 2018, the global demand for block chain talents started increasing from 2015, and experienced explosive growths during 2016 and 2017.
近年来对于区块链人才需求增长最快的行业是计算机软件行业，其次是金融服务和保险行业。
In recent years, the fastest-growing demand for block-chain-talent comes from the computer software industry, followed by financial service & insurance industries.
从2015年到2017年，在领英档案上标注有区块链相关技能的人才数量增长了近19倍。全球分布来看，美国占据25%，其次是印度7%以及英国6%。
From 2015 to 2017, the talents that labeled with block chain expertise on LinkedIn profiles have increased nearly by 19 times. Globally, the United States accounts for 25%, followed by India with 7% and Britain with 6%.
领英中国技术副总裁王迪提出，“区块链对于技术人才的要求与AI不同。区块链开发更需要具备去中心化思维、实际的应用开发经验，和快速的学习能力。
“The requirements of block chain are different from that of AI regarding technical personnel. The development of block chain requires more decentration-thinking, practical application development experience and fast learning ability. ”said by Di Wang, VP of technology at LinkedIn China.
而AI是建立在重大学术突破和技术积累的基础上，要求很高的技术门槛，也需要深厚的技术积累。用更通俗的话来说，区块链开发更需要软技能，AI更需凭借硬实力。”
“However, AI is based on significant academic breakthroughs and technology accumulations, featuring both high technology threshold and deep technological accumulation. More colloquially, the development of block chain needs more soft skills, and AI requires more ‘hard techniques.’ ”
王迪说：“对于意图发力区块链概念，掘金商业机会的企业来说，既需要这样的人才作为项目领军人物，也需要建立更长期的战略目标来培养和储备更多年轻的技术人才。
“Enterprises that intend to develop and make money in the block chain field will need both to hunt for capable as project leaders, and establish long-term strategic goals for cultivating younger technical personnel.”
这样才能在行业迎来真正的风口时抓住机会。此外，也可以与美国、英国和印度等国家开展人才和技术合作。”
“In this way, they can better catch the real opportunities when they show up. Besides, talents and technical cooperation with countries like the United States, the Britain and India can also be helpful.” Di Wang said.
亚行携手中国水务改善中国城市水资源管理
ADB, CWA Sign Deal to Improve Urban Water Management in China
亚洲开发银行（亚行）在北京签署了一项价值2亿美元的贷款，旨在帮助中国水务集团有限公司（中国水务）在中华人民共和国改善废水管理，提高供应清洁和可靠用水。
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) signed a loan equivalent of up to $200 million to help China Water Affairs Group Limited (CWA) improve wastewater management and increase people’s access to clean and reliable water supply in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
亚行的援助包含两部分，即1亿美元贷款和1亿美元等值的人民币贷款。
ADB’s assistance is comprised of two loans of up to $100 million each in US dollars and yuan.
融资资金将基于逐个项目进行拨付，用于支持一系列公共—私营部门合作（公私合作，PPP，政府和社会资本合作）项目的建设运营，这些项目针对中国二三线城市，涵盖用水处理和供给、废水处理以及污水管道等一体化解决方案。
The financing, to be disbursed on a project-by-project basis, will support the construction and operation of a series of public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives covering a combination of water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment, and sewage and drainage pipelines in second and third-tier cities in the PRC.
此类PPP的合作安排将帮助提高私营部门在城市水行业的参与程度。
The PPP arrangements will help increase private sector participation in the urban water sector.
该项交易建立在以往亚行与中国水务成功合作的基础上，双方先期合作重点着重在向城市和周围农村地区供水。该项新融资重点支持中国水务开展创新以连接整个水价值链，包括污水管道和废水处理。
This transaction builds on the success of ADB’s earlier partnerships with CWA, which focused on supplying water to cities and surrounding rural communities. In this new financing, the emphasis is on supporting CWA’s innovations to link the entire water value chain, including wastewater pipelines and treatment.
中国水务的项目完工后，预计将实现自来水日供应量超过1,000万立方米，日废水处理量180万立方米以上。此外，还将建设由中国水务管理的污水管网，管网长度超过5,000千米。
Once completed, CWA’s projects are anticipated to supply over 10 million cubic meters per day of tap water and treat over 1.8 million cubic meters of wastewater daily. Over 5,000 kilometers of CWA-managed sewage and drainage pipeline networks will also be constructed.
亚行私营部门业务局副局长克里斯托弗·蒂姆（Christopher Thieme）先生提出：“确保中国城市地区供水的普及、安全和可靠，是一项紧急的发展要务。
“Ensuring accessible, safe, and reliable water supplies for the PRC’s urban areas is an urgent development priority,” said Mr. Christopher Thieme, Deputy Director General of ADB’s Private Sector Operations Department.

This financing supports CWA in pioneering new approaches to urban water management where multiple services are integrated to increase water efficiency.”
空中客车任命艾文直升机首席执行官
Bruno Even Appointed CEO of Airbus Helicopters
空中客车公司日前宣布任命时年49岁的艾文（Bruno Even）担任空中客车直升机首席执行官。该任命自2018年4月1日起生效。
Airbus SE has appointed Bruno Even, 49, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Airbus Helicopters, effective 1 April 2018.
艾文先生将向空中客车首席执行官托马斯·恩德斯汇报，并加入公司执行委员会。
He will report to Airbus CEO Tom Enders and join the company’s Executive Committee.
艾文加入空客前，自2015年起曾担任赛峰直升机发动机业务首席执行官。前任空中客车直升机首席执行官傅里先生出任空中客车民用飞机总裁。
Bruno Even comes to Airbus from Safran where he was CEO of the Helicopter Engines business since 2015. He succeeds Guillaume Faury who will assume his duties as President Airbus Commercial Aircraft next week.
