BP近日与新凤鸣集团有限公司签署协议，将授权新凤鸣集团子公司独山能源有限公司使用BP最新一代精对苯二甲酸（PTA）技术。
BP and Xin Feng Ming Group Co., Ltd. entered an agreement to license BP's latest generation purified terephthalic acid (PTA) technology to Dushan Energy Ltd., a subsidiary of Xinfengming.
与传统的PTA技术相比，BP最新一代PTA技术可大幅节省运营成本和资本成本，进而带来较高的投资回报。
Based on internal comparisons of conventional PTA technology with BP's latest generation of PTA technology, there are significant reductions in both operational costs and capital costs, leading to high investment returns.
独山能源有限公司计划在浙江省平湖市独山港经济开发区建设年产220万吨PTA装置。目前，该装置的基础设计工作已经完成，现场已经开工建设，项目预计于2019年第三季度投产。

Clariant recently announced the official opening of two new, fully-owned additives facilities at its site in Zhenjiang,China.
这标志着最初于去年宣布的数百万瑞士法郎的投资已经完成，科莱恩在中国的添加剂业务已经步入正轨，将进一步向塑料、涂料和油墨行业提供更加广泛的定制高端解决方案。
This completes a multi-million CHF investment originally announced last year and puts Clariant's Additives business inChinaon track to further expand its offering of customized, high-end solutions for the plastics, coatings & ink industries.
