编者按:《哈佛法律评论》有一个栏目Recently Publications,由编辑部选取若干法学著作推荐给学界。《哈佛法律评论》每一卷(volume)出版8期(No.),从11月份持续到第二年的6月份。目前已经出版到了第129卷,也就是2015年11月份到2016年6月份,一般都是每月16号出刊。
