3. 朝鲜半岛局势
Korean Peninsula issue
我们乐见半岛出现缓和的趋势，也支持一切有利于通过对话谈判解决朝核问题的努力。
China welcomes the recent de-escalation of tensions on the Korean peninsula, and China supports all efforts that will help resolve the nuclear issue through dialogue and consultation.
中方会尽最大努力来推动维护实现半岛无核化、保持半岛和平稳定
China will continue to do its best to push for the peninsula's denuclearization and secure peace and stability there.
4. 中国永远不会搞扩张
China will not seek expansion
中国永远不会搞扩张。中国是发展中国家，我们无意搞扩张；即使将来强大了，也不会走国强必霸的道路。
China will not seek expansion, as it is a developing country with no expansionary intentions - even if it grows stronger in the future. The nation will not follow older logic that a strong country is bound to seek hegemony.

我认为中美打贸易战对双方都没有好处，没有赢家。
There will be no winner in a trade war should it happen between China and the United States.
6. 中国有能力防范系统性金融风险
China confident it can forestall risk
中国有能力防范、也不会出现系统性金融风险。因为中国经济的基本面是好的，金融运行也是稳健的。
China is capable of preventing systemic financial risks given the country's sound and stable economic growth.
7. 中俄关系
China-Russia relations
中俄两大经济体的年贸易规模我觉得还有很大潜力。我们完全可以朝1000亿美元的目标迈进。中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系稳定发展对双方、对世界都有利。
There is still potential in China-Russia trade. China aims to lift China-Russia trade to 100 billion US dollars this year. Stable and amicable relations between China and Russia is of interest to the world.
8. 大病保险将覆盖两千余万人
Serious disease insurance to cover 20m Chinese
今年我们要提高财政对基本医保的补助资金，一半用于大病保险，至少要使2000万人以上能够享受大病保险。
More than 20 million Chinese people will be covered by a serious disease insurance program as the government is increasing subsidies this year.
9. 考虑今年上半年正式访问日本
Premier considers visiting Japan this year
（我愿意在中日关系持续改善势头的氛围中），积极考虑今年上半年结合出席中日韩领导人会议正式访问日本。
Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said that he would consider attending the China-Japan-ROK leaders' meeting and paying an official visit to Japan in the first half of this year.
