After three years working experience in Singapore, I decided to come back to China, since I realized that China isundergoing extensive and profound social change and economic change, and iswhere opportunities emerge and risks arise. With a number of famous professorswho are familiar with the modern western management and economic knowledge andalso can provide deep insights on the fast growing china economy, Cheung Kongcould help me feel business rhythm, identify risks, seize opportunities, andposition myself for the next decade. Also Alumni of the CKGSB are talents withdiverse backgrounds, and they will be my best partners.
In my 14 months with CKGSB, I am looking forward to systematically building up business knowledge, management skills,and enhancing my leadership. Meanwhile, I expect to accomplish all the challenges with my classmates and grow together.
在新加坡工作三年后，我决定回到中国发展，因为我意识到，中国正经历着广泛而深刻的社会变革与经济变革，是机遇与风险并存之地。长江商学院有着一批洞察中国形势并熟悉西方先进管理学经济学的知名教授和学者，可以帮我感受商业的律动，识别风险，抓住机遇，为下一个十年找准方向。长江的校友均为来自各个领域的精英人才，将是我最佳的伙伴。

A beard well lathered is half shaved. After 6 years of working, I decided to pause and make some adjustment about my life.The admission of CKGSB is coming at the right time. 个人认为, 当代美国梦在中国, time to grab a seat in this skyrocket, 因此回国. 为何长江？从专业来说, 长江是国内数一数二的提供China insights的平台, 正如MBA项目标语所言, “A World-class MBA Program for China Business”, 我坚信该项目有助在海外多年的游子迅速拣起祖国商业节奏. 从私心来说, 面试时Martin提到北京是个'很大气'的城市, 他关于‘即便有危机,rebuild也是一种发展’的那种自信, 给我留下深刻印象, 李晓阳教授提问我是否idealist, 让我走出面试室时觉得我和两位有见解并有趣的人对话. 这就是长江予我的吸引力 - local insights, 大气, 自信, 理想主义.
我对长江MBA的期待有两方面. 一是Learn & Get inspired: 期待在老师引导下对中国商业案例的分析, 期待与同学们的思维碰撞. 长江MBA项目同学背景各异, 有些思考方式更国际化, 有些则拥有更多本土成就和经验. 商业是一门经验学科, 私以为汲取不同的思路非常重要. 二是Compete while having fun: 我期待这一年这样度过 - 同学们上课讨论热火朝天锋芒毕露, 小组做项目熬至深夜, 课余大家开心地玩耍. 致MBA 2016级的同学们, 我相信: Collectively we can change the world :)
