岗位职责与任职要求
JOB DUTIES:
• As a key member of the commercial team, the Commercial Manager for Boopin China will represent Boopin for Media, PR, KOL sales in the market. The job entails delivering and growing the media sales revenue, managing our agency, understanding our clients' changing business needs, and working to develop and execute advertising plans that position Turner as a strategic partner.
•To identify and make contact with potential new clients and agencies to secure new projects long term.
•To fully understand Boopin’s commercial product portfolio and sell these solutions to key prospects and recurring customers, developing new incoming leads and building and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts. To follow up leads and inquiries from potential new clients.
•To develop and maintain a professional relationship with existing and new clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s performance and to identify their future needs and requirements, advising on how BOOPIN can meet those needs.
•To achieve set turnover targets/budget targets. Complete surveys and produce pricing documents and contract terms.
•Work closely with the media & PR teams in Dubai and Singapore; ensure optimum delivery of the project whilst exercising control of costs, procurement, and management of the project.
•Responsibility for ensuring risk is managed and contractual issues are looked after in the company’s best interest. Keep the Board of Directors informed of market opportunities and business development.
•To take a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the job.
Qualifications
•Min. 6 years of media commercial experience with a proven record. Prefer candidates have a similar experience in a global media agency or global media publisher company with great clients and agencies resources.
•Bachelor's degree and above.
•Good level of communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Good negotiation and networking abilities.
•Strong Planning and organization skills.
•Ability to analyze and provide recommendations based on financial and business requirements.
•Job Type: Full-time.
•Probation: 3 months ( we will need the commercial to bringing business within 3 months, this will be the main KPI).
•Salary structure: Basic salary + commission + Bonus
•Annual training & visit in Boopin Dubai and Singapore offices.
