岗位职责与任职要求
岗位职责：
1. Develop digital marketing strategy that integrate all digital communications assets, inclusive websites, email, social media, video sharing platforms,etc to enhance CDP Corporate reputation and branding awareness both in China and overseas.
2. Manage the digital content creation for both branding and product/solution purposes, and create compelling messaging each month to drive sales leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include Wechat/LinkedIn/Facebook posts, H5 pages, GIF & infographics,video & animation, Vlog, etc.)
3. Propose and produce digital marketing campaigns, utilizing a range of techniques including social marketing, content marketing, influencer Marketing, SEO and emerging tools.
4. Collaborate with marketing peers, sales, product development, and external partners, vendors to ensure digital marketing initiatives are making sound & optimal business & marketing impacts.
5. Execute the marketing plans with a hands-on approach to program, campaign and project management.
任职要求：
1.5 plus years’ work experience in B2B sales & marketing, product marketing, Marcom, of which at least 3 years on digital marketing.
2.Excellent content and storytelling capabilities, previous experience with digital,social or creative agency is a plus.
3.Experience on demand generation and sales facilitation, in particular leveraging digital platforms to track and optimize engagement tactics.
4.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
5.Knowledge of marketing principles and strong business sense and acumen.
6.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
7.Global mindset, with the ability to think both strategically and operationally .
8.Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
