一般来说，通过正确有效的治疗，高血压眼底病是可以达到长期有效控制的，若患者在治疗后发现病情只能改善两三个月，或者收效甚微，则需要考虑是否治疗方式有待优化，可跟医生进一步沟通后判断是否调整治疗方案。
