积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议,陕师大要干这件大事!

2013年下半年,中国提出了“一带一路”建设倡议。该倡议反映了沿线国家和地区的发展心声,为沿线国家优势互补、开放发展开启了新的机遇之窗,一经提出,便引起全球的高度关注和各国积极响应。


在这一背景下,针对丝绸之路沿线国家和地区共同的发展愿景,今年上半年,陕西师范大学先后赴丝绸之路沿线的国内外高校和科研机构访问,商洽共建“丝绸之路教师教育联盟”“丝绸之路人文社会科学联盟”“丝绸之路图书档案出版联盟”三个联盟的有关事宜。学校分别与兰州大学、西北师范大学、新疆大学、新疆师范大学、青海师范大学、俄罗斯国立师范大学、俄罗斯国家科学院东方文献研究所、塔吉克斯坦国立师范大学、比什凯克人文大学等20余所高校和科研机构签署了共建相关联盟的合作框架协议。在商讨过程中,兄弟高校和科研院所提出了很好的建议和意见,表达了强烈的合作愿望,并就联盟所开展的合作项目达成共识。




由我校倡议共建的“丝绸之路教师教育联盟”“丝绸之路人文社会科学联盟”和“丝绸之路图书档案联盟”将于11月3日—4日举行成立大会,并举办“一带一路”教育与人文交流国际高端论坛。我们期望,通过三个联盟的成立和合作运行,能够切实在联盟各机构间开展多个领域多种形式的合作交流,为“丝绸之路”沿线国家和地区政治、经济、文化全面发展打造坚实的桥梁和纽带,共同构建“丝绸之路”教育人文合作圈,开创沿线国家和地区在教育、科技、经济、文化上互联互通的新局面!

陕西师范大学简介



陕西师范大学是教育部直属、国家“211工程”重点建设大学,国家教师教育“985工程优势学科创新平台”建设高校,国家一流学科建设高校,是国家培养高等院校、中等学校师资和教育管理干部以及其他高级专门人才的重要基地,被誉为“教师的摇篮”。


学校前身是1944年成立的陕西省立师范专科学校,1954 年更名为西安师范学院,1960年与陕西师范学院合并,定名为陕西师范大学,1978年划归教育部直属。建校 73年来,学校秉承“厚德、积学、励志、敦行”的优良校训,立足西部,面向全国,已发展成为一所有重要影响的综合性一流师范大学。



学校位于古都西安,建有长安、雁塔两个校区。雁塔校区古朴典雅、钟灵毓秀,长安校区现代开放、气势恢宏。学校先后被教育部、陕西省授予“文明校园”称号。


学校设有研究生院和21个学院、有4个国家重点学科,63个本科专业,18个博士后科研流动站,15个博士学位授权一级学科,40个硕士学位授权一级学科。有国家基础学科人才培养和科学研究基地2个,国家工程实验室1个,国家级实验教学示范中心4个,国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心3个,教育部高等学校学科创新引智基地2个。学校还设有远程教育学院、教师干部教育学院等办学机构。



学校现有专任教师1600余人,专任教师中有教授近400人,副教授700余人,双聘院士4人,国家突出贡献中青年专家4人,国家“千人计划”特聘教授1人、“长江学者奖励计划”讲座教授、特聘教授12人,国家“新世纪百千万人才工程”入选者、“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者、高校青年教师奖获得者、教育部优秀青年教师资助计划入选者共52人,国家级教学名师2人,国家“千人计划”青年拔尖人才1人,国家“千人计划”青年人才5人,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者3人,教育部创新团队2个。学校现有全日制本科生17600余人,研究生17400余人(其中免费师范生在职攻读教育硕士9000余人),继续教育和网络教育学生41500余人,外国留学生1100余人。



 学校积极开展国际学术交流与合作,设有“国务院侨办华文教育基地”、国家汉办“HSK汉语能力考试中心”,先后与美国、英国、法国、德国、俄罗斯、日本、澳大利亚、加拿大、意大利、韩国、新加坡等近30个国家以及香港、澳门、台湾地区的112所学校建立了校际友好与合作交流关系,累计培养留学生4500余人。作为中方合作院校建有2所孔子学院。


当前,陕西师范大学以深化教育综合改革为契机,积极推进“双一流”建设,全面提高教育教学质量、科研水平和社会服务能力,正朝着以教师教育为主要特色的综合性研究型大学的目标努力奋斗。



Introduction to Shaanxi Normal University

(SNNU)

 

Directly administered by the Ministry of Education of China, Shaanxi Normal University, a key university under the construction plan of China’s national "211 Project" and a university under China’s Innovation Platform Construction Plan of the "985Superior Discipline of Teacher Education", is in the list of first -class discipline construction, is a major base for training teachers and administrators of higher learning institutes and secondary schools as well as other high-level professionals in China, and is known as the “Cradle of Teachers” in Northwest China.



The University, was founded in 1944 under its original name "Shaanxi Provincial Teachers’ College", and then renamed "Xi’an Teachers’ College" in 1954. In 1960, it merged with "Shaanxi Teachers’ College" to become "Shaanxi Normal University". In 1978, it was brought under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education of China. During its 73-year history in education, the University, while rooted in China’s West embracing the whole country, has developed a school motto of “Morality, Learning, Aspiration and Action” and has seen itself become firmly established in Western China as an influential top-tier comprehensive teachers training university.



The University, situated in the ancient capital city of Xi’an, has been built on two Campuses-- Yanta Campus and Chang’an Campus. The former is elegant and graceful with classic simplicity and the latter is modern and magnificent. "The Civilized Campus", therefore, has been dubbed to this university by the Ministry of Education and Shaanxi Province in succession.


The University hosts 1 graduate school with 15 first-level doctorate programs and 40 first-level master’s programs, 21 schools and colleges offering 63 undergraduate programs. It boasts 4 national key disciplines, 18 post-doctoral research stations, 1 National Engineering Laboratory, 2 National Basic Science Talent Cultivation and Scientific Research Bases, 2 MOE Higher Education Discipline Innovation and Talent Introduction Bases, 3 National Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Centers and 4 National Experimental Teaching Demonstrating Centers. It also owns a remote education college, a teacher cadre education college and other educational institutions.



The University currently has a staff of more than 1,600 full-time teachers, among whom there are about 400 full professors, 700 odd associate professors, 4 double hired academicians, 4 young and middle-aged experts with the title of National Expert with Remarkable Contributions and National Advanced Worker, 1specially-appointed professor in the National Thousand Talents Program, 12 Distinguished Professors and Chair Professors in Changjiang Scholars Program, 52 teachers winning the National New Century Talents Project, the New Century Excellent Talent Support Plan, the College and University Young Teachers Award and the Outstanding Young Teachers Funding Program sponsored by the Ministry of Education. There are 2 Nationally Outstanding Teachers, 1 young top-notch talent and 5 young talents entering the Recruitment Program of Global Experts, 3 winners of National Natural Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and 2 MOE Innovation Teaching Groups. The University currently has over 17,600 full-time undergraduate students and more than 17,400 postgraduate students (including 9000 odds incumbent learning for Master’s Degree of the former free normal undergraduates), with more than 41,500 students in continuous education and long-distance learning programs, as well as more than 1,100 international students.



The University actively conducts international academic exchanges and cooperation. Equipped with the State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Chinese Language and Culture Education Base, and HSK Chinese Proficiency Test Center of Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban), it has established inter-school friendship and cooperation exchanges with 112 universities and colleges in nearly 30 countries and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in training an accumulative total of 4,500 overseas students enrolled. As a Chinese cooperative institution, the University has established two Confucius institutes worldwide.


At present, taking the opportunity of deepening the comprehensive education reform to actively promote the National "Double First-Rate" Strategic Plan, Shaanxi Normal University, through the overall improvement of its educational quality of teaching, scientific research and social service capability, is striving to reach its target of becoming a major comprehensive research university distinguished by its teacher education.
