An innovative education concept: In keeping withthe needs brought by energy industry, we highlight a research field crossingtwo first-level disciplines: Management Science and Engineering and AppliedEconomics, and three second-level disciplines: Management Scienceand Engineering, Finance and Industrial Economics.

They can choose to advance to higher degree in renowned universities worldwide, to join in the industry leaders (CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC,etc.), to become civil servants (CBRC, BAIC, etc.), or to enter the financial sector (major banks like CCB, POSB, SPDB, etc.).

多样化国际交流：构建国际交流平台，每位学生都有参加国际交流项目的多个机会，包括留学基金委资助的中欧能源战略创新型人才国际合作培养项目、新加坡普氏能源资讯实习生项目、中国-阿联酋以及中国-以色列暑期学校项目，中国能源战略国际论坛等
多元化就业方向：毕业生就业方向包括在国内外知名学府读博深造、能源领域巨擘（中石油、中石化、中海油等）、公务员（银监会、工商局等）、各大银行（建行、邮政、浦发等）。
Background: As energy revolution continues to deepen and with the implementation of major strategy “One Belt and One Road”,China is now in urgent need of high-level talents with energy background,economics & finance and strategic management knowledge, and international vision.Against this backdrop, we organize Summer School event each year, in order to enhance the training of high-level inter-disciplinary talents for the energy industry and to promote exchanges among students from top universities.
Courses and teachers: The Summer School will be built on our Master program and will be held in cooperation with renowned agencies such as TOTAL Professor Association (TPA) and Platts.

Special tips: Outstanding students who graduate from our Summer School will have a chance for an exam-free recommendation to ACES master program. We welcome all students who have energy engineering and business administration backgrounds and are interested in ACES to our Summer School.
背 景：伴随着能源革命进程的不断推进，国家“一带一路”重大战略的制定和开展，我国目前急需一批拥有能源资源行业背景和经济金融、战略管理知识和国际化视野的高级专门人才。为加强对能源领域高层次复合型人才的培养，促进各高校优秀学生之间的交流，我院每年开展暑期学校活动。
课程师资：以全英文硕士学位项目为依托，与法国道达尔集团教授协会（TPA: TOTAL ProfessorAssociation）、新加坡普氏能源资讯等合作举办。
