这两天，在法制地区执法上世界第一专业的港警有多给力，小编已经无法用语言来形容了，总之是各种牛逼PLUS。
仅仅两天时间，就将曱甴国基本歼灭，而且此次战术变化多样，刚柔并济，曱甴们从没被如此折磨过，他们在理大里面真是度日如年，生不如死。
曱甴（读yuē yóu），广东话，蟑螂之意。网络上把香港的暴徒称为蟑螂（曱甴）。

The sisters cannot assume the responsibility of the care of any young lady who would deliberately deceive them in this way; therefore I am under the painful necessity of investigating this matter more fully. Therese, come forward. Your guilty face indicates that you were the recipient of this letter. Were you?" "I was not, Mother." "Then it was sent to you and the bearer dropped it before you saw it. Is not that the case?" "I do not know, Mother." "Have you ever received any communications of this nature before?" "I have not, Mother." "Do you know any White Chief?" "I do not, Mother." "Do you know for whom this missive was intended?" Therese hesitated. The question was repeated. "I do, Mother," she said. "Do you know by whom it was written?" "I shall not tell," she said, slowly and with great determination. There was silence in the hall—not a soul stirred. Therese stood calmly awaiting her doom, when suddenly there was a shuffling at the back of the hall and Abbie came forward and addressed the Superior: "I wrote that letter. It was intended for a young officer at the Citadel. If you are going to expel anyone, expel me." The Mother Superior hesitated. She looked at Abbie, then at Therese, and said, solemnly: "Tell us about it," said the officer. "You tell about it, father," said Bearie. "It is a long story," replied the Chief, "but I shall try to tell it as briefly as possible. The priest said that the French colonists had suffered much from the cruelty of the Iroquois tribes, who had decided to destroy the whole French colony. A Mohegan Indian told the French that eight hundred Indian warriors were encamped near Montreal, and would soon be joined by four hundred more from the Uttawas, and that they had planned to take Quebec, kill the Governor, burn up the town, massacre the inhabitants; after which they would proceed to do the same with Three Rivers and Montreal. "A young officer named Daulac, who was in command of the garrison at Montreal, proposed to entrap them on their way down the Ottawa and fight them. Sixteen young fellows from Montreal volunteered to go with him. They did not know much about canoeing, for they were a whole week in attempting to pass the swift current at St. Anne, at the head of the Island of Montreal. In the meantime they were overtaken by forty Hurons and several Christian Algonquins. When they saw the rushing, foaming waters of the Sault they decided to go no farther, for they knew that the Iroquois were sure to pass there. He pointed out a spot just below the rapids, where the woods slope gently down to the shore, where an old Algonquin palisade fort stood. \\\\\\\\\\'It was,\\\\\\\\\\' he said, \\\\\\\\\\'a mere enclosure of trunks of trees planted in a circle.\\\\\\\\\\' In a few days they saw two Iroquois canoes coming down the Sault. Daulac and his men hid behind the bushes and, as they landed, shot all but one, who escaped and fled through the forest to the main body. "\\\\\\\\\\'Suddenly,\\\\\\\\\\' said the priest, \\\\\\\\\\'a fleet of canoes filled with Iroquois came bounding down the rapids. Soon as they landed they smashed the bark canoes of the French, and, kindling the bark, ran up to set fire to the palisade. Three times they attempted to storm the little fort, but were driven back by the deadly fire of the small garrison. Their rage was unbounded. They sent word to five hundred of their tribe, who were camped at the mouth of the Richelieu, to come to their aid. This so frightened the Hurons that they deserted and betrayed the smallness of their force to the enemy, who advanced with yells, firing as they came on. But again they had to fall back, owing to the deadly fire of the French. The latter held out for three days, and the Iroquois were on the verge of giving up the siege when they resolved to make one last attempt. They made large, heavy shields, four or five feet high, by lashing together three split logs fastened together with cross bars. Under cover of these they advanced, reached the palisade, and, crouching below the range of shot, hewed furiously with their axes until they cut their way through. 暴徒们前段时间占据各大高校，宣布建国并成立临时政府，在各大高校设立安检站，所以进入蟑螂国的人都要经过他们的检查。
暴徒在港大制造爆炸物时，发生了严重的爆炸事故，他们便抛弃了港大，将理大作为蟑螂国的大本营。
蟑螂国里设施齐全，他们在各个出入口设有路障，蟑螂国内有操练场，他们在里面训练各种武器的使用，比如投石机、弓箭、火炮的试验与使用；有军工场，他们在里面制造各种武器，主要是汽油弹；还有物资库，食堂等等。
破胎路障
而且危险的是，他们还制造了煤气弹，外面还绑有自攻丝钉来增加杀伤力，这种煤气弹一旦在警察面前引爆，那伤亡不可估量，破坏力起码可达百米方圆，看得出他们有专业人士指点。
他们还进了试验室偷走了危险的试验品，里面包含强酸和剧毒物。他们偷走的目的非常明确，就是用来做对付警察的武器，如果被这些武器击中，后果不堪设想。
暴徒们在理大不是搞建设，而是到处打砸四处放火，美丽的理大成了人间地狱。

面对此种状况，警察出动了，按照之前的思维，警察肯定是第一时间冲进去进行清场，然后与暴徒进行殊死博杀，我们是这样想的，暴徒们也是这样想的，可是此次警察的战术完全改变了，并没有进去抓人，而是用重兵将理大包围，将所有的出入口封锁。
不是强力进攻而是将其围困，这让暴徒们懵圈了，原来为警察准备的各种武器、设施都不起作用了。
如果强力进攻，一是理大的面积很大，警察在里面兵力分散，无法将暴徒们全部抓获，势必会有不少漏网之鱼；二是理大内建筑物众多，而且里面有不少埋伏，冒然进入警察受到的攻击必然很强，警察受到的伤害会非常大。
事实证明警方真是智慧，反其道而行之，不是强攻，而是围困，而且战术多样，不仅有刚更有柔。
刚的一面令人振奋。
警方声明，凡是在理大的暴徒都将被控以暴动罪，暴动罪这罪可不小，多年监禁且不得保释。
洋法官再想玩捉放曹的游戏门都没有。
警方还宣布暴徒用汽油弹攻击警察，警察可使用实弹还击，而且在17日晚的行动中，警方已经打出了四枪实弹。
除了警察配备实枪实弹外，为防止意外发生，警方还在理大周围的高处还埋伏了狙击手。
如果暴徒做出伤害警察的事件，狙击手的子弹就会穿透他的身体。
除了这些刚的措施外，警察还在理大外配备了水炮车与装甲车，有暴徒进攻，催泪弹、水炮车、装甲车根据需要轮番招呼。
也并不是只招呼就算了，而是招呼完继续追击，一些跑的慢的，被催泪弹熏的找不到东西南北的，统统被警察摁倒在地，像抓猪一样被捆扎起来。
17日晚的战斗非常激烈，警察将理大封锁后，整个夜晚有四五路暴徒向理大方向开进试图营救暴徒，但全部被警察的装甲车、水炮车、催泪弹驱散。暴徒们一路攻击一路放火一路设障，来来回回拉锯多次。他们最终也没能前进一步。18日晚暴徒又重新集结数千人展开营救，但同样被警方击溃，被抓的暴徒们一串一串的。
在18日晚的战斗中，现场烟雾迷漫枪声大作，伴随着爆炸声还有明亮的闪光，据网友分析警方可能对暴徒发射的是爆震弹。警方终于放开手脚，使用多种武器对待暴徒了！
被抓的暴徒被串成串对墙下跪。
由于前来增援的暴徒被赶的四散逃窜，18日，理大的暴徒看支援无望后便开始组织突围，想突围门都没有，使用了汽油弹等多种武器，但每次都被堵在出口的警察击退，现场烟雾迷漫，四处是火点。突围一次，暴徒们便丢掉一部分手足，再突围再丢掉一部分手足.......（注：手足是暴徒们对同伙的称呼）
暴徒们见突围无望便想出了逃跑的办法，他们发现了一个逃跑之处，他们在一座天桥上系上绳子，然后顺着绳子滑下去，下面有同伙骑摩托车接应。
一位从天桥逃跑的暴徒，绳子都没抓，直接摔了下来，摔的鲜血直流，一瘸一拐，令人捧腹。
当我们认为有暴徒成功逃脱后正在郁闷之时，后面令人舒适的画面出现了。
天桥下滑的地方一分钟后便被警察发现，警察打出多枪催泪弹进行驱散，这一处被成功堵住了。而且不仅是这里被发现，警察还在路上设卡，30多名被摩托车接走的暴徒包括车手被全部抓获，而且不止与此，警察还在路边的树丛里发现了多名接应人员，也全部将其擒获。

有的暴徒发现了天机，从下水道可以逃跑。
他们便进入下水道实施逃跑，可是不久后他们便一个又一个的上来了，原因是下水道实在太臭，他们被熏出来了。
被抓获时他们有的身披闪亮的锡泊纸，有的披着破布，天气突然降温，这帮暴徒被冻成龟孙子了！

除了对暴徒“刚”外，警察对记者也“刚”了起来，一伙暴徒试图假冒记者、护工从理大逃出，警察对他们挨个检查登记，发现假冒后全部抓获，共有51名。之前警察进行清场行动，一帮记者就拦在警察前面阻挠执法，现在警察强硬之后，这两天记者全部乖乖的在躲在一旁，记者的黄马甲不再是免死金牌。
外面救他们的人进不来，里面的暴徒打不出去，想逃跑又没出路，这种恐惧感暴徒们最有体会。
除了这种恐惧感外，暴徒还要经受另外一种精神折磨，那就警察使用的另一招——柔。
警察在将其围困后，便对暴徒喊话，告诉他们反抗无用，出来投降。喊完话又播放《监狱风云》的主题曲等歌曲劝降。
18日早，警察用着十分得意的语气向暴徒喊话：无路可走了啦，慢慢走出来啦，出来买个早餐吃啦，在里面犯法又戴口罩，不如快点走出来啦，没有人来救你们啦，和你们割席啦……
在多重的打击和折磨下暴徒们心理防线开始瓦解，陆陆续续向警方投降自首，截止19晚早共700余名暴徒向警方投降。
19日深夜，又有10余名的死硬派顽固分子，在饥寒将交迫之下，试图冲击警方防线逃走，同样被警察全部擒获。
最后的残余分子陆续被全部抓获
据香港“东网”22日最新消息，当天凌晨，有6人从正门走出离开理大校园，走入对面的尖东救护站，现场有防暴警员在旁监督。早上7点半，又有2人步出理大校园自首。警方李家超此前强调，任何人犯法都要负上法律责任，并表示港府希望这件事情可以和平有序解决，强烈呼吁理工大学内人士尽快向警方自首。
新上任的警队一哥就是牛逼，仅用了两天就将理大内99%的暴徒全部擒获，而且自身没伤一兵一卒！
在这两天的行动中，警察先后共抓获暴徒1100余名，战果辉煌。
新任警察一哥邓炳强是强硬派，一线出身，有勇有谋，暴徒们面对这样的一哥唯有投降一条路。

香港已经饱受重创，不能再乱下去了，强硬起来的警察，战斗力爆表。
暴徒们，你们的末日到了吧！

11月14日，阿里巴巴向港交所提交初步招股文件，宣布将在港交所主板上市。

当香港整个社会沦陷于暴力之时，阿里巴巴却选择在此时重返香港上市，难道不担心香港的动荡环境影响资本信心么？

实际上，阿里此次赴港上市，是“醉翁之意不在酒”，背后有着更为深远的意义。
阿里巴巴此次赴港，就是临危受命的“救火队员”。
因为街头上的连天烽火，已经烧到了港股。
港股一直是国际金融大鳄眼中的“一块肥肉”，广为人知的1998年金融保卫战，和最近甚嚣尘上的“索罗斯做空”，主战场都是港股。
为何港股会成为国际炒家的必争之地？
原因就在于香港金融环境（或者说金融制度）的特殊。
对香港来说，港币的汇率却没有泰铢那么脆弱。最根本的支撑在于：香港的货币政策叫“联系货币政策”，就是港元和美元直接挂钩，银行每发行一港元，就要向香港金融管理局缴纳0.128美元（7.8:1）,记入外汇基金账目，领取了负债证明书后才可印钞。这样，外汇基金所持的美元就为港元纸币的稳定提供支持。

所以港币比较坚挺，不好下手，只能选择别的目标——港股。
另外一个促使国际炒家们对港股下手的原因是——港交所实在是太肥了！
港交所上市企业总市值超过三万亿美元，高居全球交易所第六。

前面的要么是自己人，要么“干不动”，综合比较之下，只有港交所的胜算最大。
当世界“从增量走向存量之争”时，国际资本们财富增长放缓，只有向高度成熟的市场下手，才有机会继续攫取巨额财富。
港股，就是国际炒家收割香港的突破口！
21年后，阴云又一次集结在香港上空。
先是9月16日，《大公报》刊文称：索罗斯企图做空港股谋取暴利，而且是乱港分子背后的金主，勾结黎智英乱港。
11月13日，《证券日报》报道：恒生指数的看空比例自11月11日起暴增至22%以上，连日增幅高达180%以上。
紧接着，传言JP摩根在港股疯狂砸盘，想要将恒生指数拉到25000点以下。
在香港局势动荡不安的今天，做空港股，似乎又一次成为了嗜血的国际资本收割香港的凛凛利刃。
和上一次的金融手段相比，这一次国际炒家们采取的策略更加粗暴直接，也更加下流卑劣。
他们想利用香港的乱局对港股造成冲击。
暴恐持续升级，动摇股民信心，然后抛售股票，他们再持续砸盘，最后从看空期货合约中获利。
为了实现这一切，他们以充足的资金保障，为暴徒“注入源源不断的动力”。
这绝非是空穴来风的揣测。
11月13日晚，长安剑推文披露了香港暴徒收钱闹事的“工资条”：
500至5000块：这是普通学生参与暴力犯罪的酬劳。
3万块：这是一个13岁小暴徒参加几次暴力犯罪活动后所获酬劳。
1.5万块：这是《反蒙面法》出台以后，参加暴力活动者每天的酬劳。
还有500万，2000万....
这些从“地下钱庄流出的资金”，大头都源自于美国的非政府组织及金融资本集团。
国际炒家们，就是香港暴徒背后的金主之一！以股养暴，以暴养股，双向输血，这就是资本集团的战术。
当街头硝烟四起的同时，金融市场上同样是暗流涌动。
台面下的博弈不为人知，但却同样凶险异常。
05 一直有人在背后撑住香港
只有拨开表象后的迷雾，我们才能离真相更近。
有三组数据，颇能说明问题，但似乎一直以来都鲜有人察觉。这三组数据都可以在香港金融管理局官网上查到。
第一组数据是汇率。
2019年前10个月份中，港币兑美元汇率持续逼近7.85这一临界点（兑换弱方保证线）。
▲ 联系汇率制度保障港元与美元的汇率稳定在7.75—7.85之间，当美元兑港币到达7.85时候，就买入港币卖出美元，当到达7.75的时候，就卖出港币买入美元。
汇率持续逼近7.85，意味着港币的流通量较大且有贬值压力，需要释放外汇储备以吸入港元。
连续两年持续逼近汇率最低点，平均值达到7.844，金管局必须稳定拉住汇率不超过7.85，外汇承担的压力有多大，可想而知。
第二组数据，外汇。
反常的地方就在这儿了。
在过去的一年中，香港的外汇不降反升
这并不符合规律，为了稳住港币贬值，外汇流出压力持续加大，但是总量却在缓慢上升。
为什么会多出来美金？
一个游泳池在打开出水口的时候蓄水量还能缓慢上升。只可能有一个原因——注水口的注水量加大了。
第三组数据，利率。
这是2019年前10个月的银行借款利率。
这是三年前的对比数据。
利率上升，并不是这两张图表现出的主要问题，最大的反常在于：香港现在的短期利率（隔夜拆借利率和周拆借利率），大幅增长，逼近甚至高于年利率。
这是什么概念？
你向银行借一笔钱，明天还钱要付的利息比一年后还钱还要高。
提高短期拆借利率，这又有了“任一招”当年的味道。背后的原因，就是为了防止炒家短期拆借港元。
似曾相识燕归来。
有人拆借港元并意图抛售砸价，金管局将港元的汇率Hold住，而在一股“神秘力量”的支持下，外汇储备不降反升。
这样分析下去，我们好像已经拨开了一部分迷雾。
但还没有拨云见日。
06 是谁，在用尽全力
香港的经济在这场持续五个多月的骚乱中，蒙受了多大的损失？
6-9月同期赴港游客较2018年同期减少超378万人次；
6-9月零售业销售额只有1289亿港元，较去年同期少收224亿港元，下跌近15%；
9月进出口贸易总额为7270亿港元，较去年同期下跌9.5%；
根据相关政府统计处公布数据，香港第二季度GDP环比下跌0.4%，第三季度GDP环比跌幅达3.2%，全年GDP增长预估为负。
暴力笼罩下的香港，各个产业如同“多米诺骨牌”一样接连应声而倒。
更大的“隐忧”在于对香港金融环境的冲击，资本是最厌恶风险的，一个危险动荡的市场环境，一定会动摇资本的信心甚至大量出逃。
首当其冲受到最大打击的，本应是港股。但是港股的表现，却颇为耐人寻味。
六月初，香港开始出现激进游行，并且态势持续升级，港股本应在此时受到冲击，继续“狂泻”。
但6月6日这一天，却“出乎意料”的止住了颓势，开始被拉起。紧接着，香港的局势开始持续恶化，可恒指却在4轮的震荡中保持着相对的稳定。
背后一直有一股强大的力量，持续为恒指注入资金与信心。
让我们再回到开篇提到的问题，为什么阿里巴巴在此时选择返港火线上市？
他确实是去输血救火的，将为港股带来巨大的交易量。
但阿里巴巴，也只是救火队员中的一个普通名字。还有更多家企业，冲进港股当中，守护着香港，守护着港人。
▲ 港股上市企业中，总市值前五名全部是内地企业，前十名中有8家内地企业，前20名中有15家内地企业。
在15家内地企业中，其中13家是“国字号”（剩下两家是腾讯和美团）。这13家“国字号”总市值相加超过14万亿港元，接近港股总市值的半壁江山。
他们都有同一面旗帜，中国。
从21年前朱镕基总理那句：中央将不惜一切代价维护香港的繁荣稳定。
到今天所做的这一切，注入外汇稳住汇率，动用央企力量稳住港股大盘.....
很多时候，国家没有发声，并不代表很多人认为的那样是在对香港乱局放任不管。
恰恰相反，在急流之下的暗战交锋上，国家一直竭尽全力的输出着对香港的保护。祖国的强大还有她深沉的爱，不该被曲解，更不该被淹没。
我们查阅历史资料，拨开层层数据，只想证明一件事——
我们的祖国，她有多强大，她又有多伟大。
