开始餐,也称为开胃菜,是西餐中第一个上的餐。开胃菜是冷或热,包括鱼子酱、土豆泥、provencale扇贝,塞在松饼等等。
Soup can be broadly divided into the clear soup, creamsoup, vegetable soup and cold soup.
汤大致可分为清汤、奶油汤、蔬菜汤和冷烫。
Tips:喝汤有喝汤的礼仪,分为法式和英式。英式是从里向外地舀汤,法式是从外向里。无论是否喝完汤,这个汤勺永远不能放在汤碗里,而是要放在汤碗下面的碟子里。
Dishes with meat and poultry are the main course.
主菜一般以牛肉或牛排为主。
Tips:主菜吃一口切一口,千万不要三下五除二把食物全部切好。如果都是小羊排这种带骨食物,也不要用手拿着吃。
Dessert usually include pudding,icecream,cheese,fruit and so on.
甜点一般包括布丁、冰淇淋、芝士和水果等等。
Tips:甜点的餐具在盘子的前面,所以不要拿盘子前面的餐具来吃菜或喝汤,如果盘子前面没有餐具,那说明甜点餐具将随着甜点一起上。
Drinks generally include coffee、iced coffee、white coffee、black coffee、black tea、red wine、brandy、whisky、vodka.
饮品一般包括咖啡、冰咖啡,白咖啡,黑咖啡,红茶,红葡萄酒,白兰地,威士忌,伏特加。
Tips:咖啡的勺子不能放在咖啡杯中,要放在咖啡碟里。放下杯子的时候可以用未至在盘子和杯子之间缓冲一下以免发出声音。
最后,大家一定要把握好用餐的tempo(节奏),等所有人的菜上齐了才可以开始,无论吃饭还是喝酒,不要太快也不要太慢。
