Fresh New Look For Our Sister Site beijingkids
Beijingkids, our sister magazine, has a new-look website, to go with its new editorial team.
In keeping with its role as Beijing’s essential international family resource, the website will provide up-to-date information on news and events, as well as making accessible nearly a decade of advice, insight and cultural commentary from the magazine’s archives.
“We wanted the site to better reflect the interests and concerns of our readers,” said Managing Editor Vanessa Jencks. “The new design makes it easier to find what you’re looking for, whether it’s health news, advice on choosing a school or something fun to do with the kids over the weekend.”
The new site is easier to use too: it’s responsive, which means it will automatically adapt the display to the device you’re using, whether you read it on a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. And it also connects better with social media, so it will be easier to share stories on WeChat or Facebook.
If you have a family-friendly event you want to share with our readers, you can upload your event directly to the website. Login details for the old website are still valid, though you’ll need to update your password. If you’ve never registered, then it’s an easy process which only takes a couple of minutes. Listing your event is FREE.
If you have any questions, or any problems using the new website, then please get in touch with the beijingkids team (editor@beijing-kids.com). We’re always pleased to hear from readers, and would be happy to help!
