Red Five, Going In: Star Wars Experience Arrives in BJ This June

Witness the power of a fully operational promotional exhibit when the Star Wars Experience opens at the Live Hi-Up Square at Wukesong Stadium on Jun 16.

Everything is proceeding as foreseen for the upcoming exhibit which will feature interactive exhibits and Star Wars-themed models for visitors to enjoy.

Visitors can choose from seven areas that will include a spacecraft corridor, a space tunnel, and virtual reality exhibits. As seen during a recent press conference, visitors can have their photo taken with a glowing lightsaber replica or colorize a stormtrooper helmet.

Other models on display will include a rare 1:1 ratio 10-meter-long X-Wing model, recreations made by famed Hong Kong toymaker Hot Toys, and Star Wars-themed LEGO paraphernalia.

Perfect for a princess and a guy like you, the exhibit is ideal for us luminous beings that aren't crude matter. Come Jun 16, the Star Wars Experience in Wukesong will give fans of the franchise a chance to recite their favorite Star Wars quotes while surrounded by the environments they were uttered in.

With the Star Wars Experience, there will be no better context for you to perform your best Obi-Wan Kenobi impression and ask your Chinese friends, "Who’s the more foolish; the fool, or the fool who follows him?" Or, if you're willing to be more relevant and include the second-to-last trilogy, summon your inner Padme Amidala by saying, "So this is how liberty dies … with thunderous applause."

The exhibit arrives after the latest Star Wars sequel underperformed in China, where the movie franchise is not the cultural sensation that it is in the West.
