Visit any of this year's participating spicy food vendors (see list below) between now and Jun 22;
Tell them that you want to take the TikTok Chili Eating Challenge;
The venue will provide you with three chilies, which you must film yourself eating before yelling an impassioned "辣节我来啦!" or "Spicy Fest, I’m coming!";
Upload the video to TikTok and tag it with #pepperchallenge or #全网吃辣椒比赛 and @歪果老实人.
