We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales Team.

If you're the right applicant, you're someone who takes divine pleasure in maximizing revenue within a defined territory by meeting – nay – exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. This role entails new account development, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining close relationships with key contacts. Account Managers are expected to be fully bilingual in Chinese and English.

Plan and execute customer meetings and help them create an advertising program that aligns with their market objective. This includes educating customers on True Run Media's (TRM, our parent company) distinct brands (the Beijinger, Jingkids Inernational and 菁kids), their demographics, and their value.
Identify and meet clients and develop a solid marketing and advertising solution for them by identifying their needs.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas within a given expense allowance.
Develop and cultivate meaningful relationships at all levels with agencies and clients and maintain updated information in the company's CRM system.
Develop and report monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts within the deadline set by the Sales Director.
Provide a weekly sales report to the Sales Director in the required format as requested.
Prospecting for new customers and businesses in addition to growing and maintaining the existing ones.
Work with the Marketing Team to find venues and sponsors for company events.
Attend all company events, as well as external events, and represent TRM in a professional and engaging way.
Develop a weekly sales forecast and report on progress to established goals in the weekly Sales meeting.
Ensure all sales documentation are prepared accurately and follow TRM policies and procedures in a timely manner.
Mentor Junior Account Executives by taking them out to meet clients on a regular basis.
Bachelor's degree
Fluent Chinese and comfortable working in English (or vice versa)
Self-confident
Loves meeting new people and socializing
Has great listening skills
Persuasive
Knows how to develop good guanxi
Highly self-motivated
Motivated by $$
Previous sales experience
Previous media experience
