EAT: Your bite-sized guide to the best eats to be had in Beijing this week.

New menu at Hulu

Hulu have updated their menu with a wide selection of new dishes. Some look to have been drawn from their ongoing series of collaborations with other restaurants around Beijing, such as tacos and taquitos inspired by their collaboration with Pebbles. There is also a series of new pasta and risotto dishes, including a very tasty-looking seafood risotto. Hulu's popular sliders are also now available with a plant-based burger; choose from original, spicy sriracha or truffle flavors. The menu is available at all three branches of Hulu.
New deals at Bobomia

Spanish restaurant Bobomia has a couple of new deals available. The first is 50 percent off all tapas on Monday nights with the purchase of a drink. The second is a new daily happy hour that runs from midday to 5.30pm, with wines by the class and cocktails for just RMB 40 — perfect for a "treat yourself" lunch.

Redesigned menu at Migas

Migas have upgraded their a la carte menu, streamlining their various offerings into one stylish menu featuring tapas, paella, steaks, and more. Highlights from the new menu designed by chef Miguel Zapata include Josper-roasted coca (a type of flatbread from Catalunya) topped with brie cheese, 5J Iberico ham, and arugula, home-smoked yellowtail over tomato salad with green gazpacho (pictured above), and slow-cooked wagyu beef short ribs over beef rice. The menu is available daily from 11.30am-10.15pm.

Choose from dishes like goose fat chips, braised duck tongue with wild mountain pepper, and pig skin with tamarind sauce. The dishes are available from 11pm-12.30am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, only. Some of those aforementioned natural wines are also available by the carafe so you can try more varieties.
