So you managed to stay fit through the summer with your outdoor workout. But winter is on the way, so what now? Fortunately, you can still have fun with your workouts, and maybe even make a few friends along the way with these weekly events around town.
Jindafit - Afrobeats Dance Workout on Sundays
Can you think of a more fun way to work out than jamming out to up-tempo African rhythms? Jinda-fit is a high-intensity endurance and cardio workout that also helps to build speed and strength. Best of all, the classes are taught by the creator of the craft, D'Jack. You're bound to have a good time. But can you handle it?

If you prefer slower, more controlled movements, the Taichi in the park might be the choice for you. Classes are held 9am-11am at Chaoyang Park and are split into elemental and advanced and are taught by the founder of Beijing Sanfeng Tai Chi Club, Master Eric Liu. Eight classes go for RMB 1000. Yoga and Salt Therapy
There's plenty of yoga classes around town, but not all of them keep things fresh with a little salt. (Get it?). Tania May teaches this stress-reducing, energy-increasing activity at The Salt Room, Sundays from 6pm-7pm. Classes are RMB 190 per or RMB 480 for three.
