Jing-A’s Annual 8x8 Beer Festival Returns This October

Beijing beer fanatics! Prepare to get excited because Jing-A’s annual 8x8 Beer Festival is returning to the capital! After suffering a few Covid-related adjustments last year, the 8x8 Festival will be back in its original format, seeing a two-day festival running from Oct 13-14 at Langyuan Vintage.
Now in its seventh year, Jing-A's 8x8 Festival provides an opportunity for Chinese breweries to partner up with breweries from different countries and regions in order to to brew something up together.
This year eight Chinese breweries have been paired up with eight breweries from Australia and New Zealand; each collaboration will create a different beer, meaning there will be eight brand-new brews to try at the festival! Over the two days of festivities there will be four tasting sessions, with every brewery bringing two different beers to each session, making a grand total of 136 beers to choose from throughout the weekend!

You can expect some truly original creations with a whole range of different flavors and types of beer on offer. So, just how can you get the opportunity to try these beers? Well, there are three different ticketing options available:
Single session RMB 228: three hours of free-flow beer plus a complimentary 8x8 tasting glass.
All sessions RMB 650 RMB: free-flow across all four sessions plus a complimentary 8x8 tasting glass.
All sessions VIP RMB 750: one-hour special beer tasting, free-flow across all four sessions plus a limited edition 8x8 gift pack, complimentary 8x8 tasting glass, and an 8x8 t-shirt.
There are also 600 early bird single session tickets available for RMB 208, but they're going fast so you'll need to be quick!

Along with all the beer you could wish for, there will also be plenty of food, amazing live DJ sets, and even a tattoo studio to fulfill all your inky dreams.
