三.骨干教师
1. 教授：具有博士学位，有较高的学术造诣，年龄一般不超过45周岁。
2. 副教授：具有博士学位，有两年及以上的工作经历；海外连续12个月及以上的学习、工作经历；在相关学术领域取得突出业绩；年龄不超过35周岁，人文社会科学类不超过40周岁。
3. 讲师：具有博士学位，在相关学术领域取得明显业绩，年龄不超过32周岁，人文社会科学类不超过35周岁。

■ 讲师：提供自然科学类10万元、人文社科类4万元科研启动费；安家费3万元；租房补贴1500元/月。

四.专职科研人员
招收类别
■ 特别资助博士后：招收国外（境外）世界排名前100名高校的博士毕业生或其他特别优秀的博士毕业生。
■ 外籍博士后：招收优秀外籍博士毕业生。
■ 专职科研博士后：招收在相关学术领域取得明显业绩的博士毕业生。
■ 企业资助博士后：企业在学校设立博士后资助项目，与学校联合招收博士后人员，开展企业项目研究。
