重磅!2017全球影响力最大的100篇论文发布!——你的专业有哪些?

前几天,专门为研究机构、出版商和研究者提供论文影响力评价服务的网站 Altmetric.com 发布了“ 2017 年最受关注论文排行榜”。


altmetric,是一个由 alternative(替代)和 metric(计量学)组成的新词,意为“替代计量学”。这的“替代”并不指真正的取而代之,确切说是对传统方法补充。他们不使用期刊影响因子、H-index 等传统评价方法,而是通过一个名叫“Altmetric分数”(Altmetric Score)的新指标,量化单篇学术论文在媒体上的曝光水平


一篇论文的“Altmetric分数”,由这篇文章被新闻、博客报道的次数,被社交网络曝光的次数,在维基百科上的被引次数,以及论文发表后的同行评议次数等指标加权得到。其中计分权重最大的媒体渠道,是新闻与博客。Altmetric.com 曾经专门强调,他们的目的并非评价论文的学术质量,而是反映科学研究触及大众的广度与深度


“Altmetric 分数”的显示方式。不同颜色的“花瓣”包裹着的数字是该研究的 Altmetric 分数。不同颜色代表传播该研究的不同媒体渠道,色块后的的数字代表该研究在某个渠道中被提及的次数。


今年 Altmetric 榜单中的 100 篇论文来自 44 份学术期刊,其中 49% 的论文能够免费阅读。医学类期刊——比如《柳叶刀》(The Lancet)、BMJ 和 JAMA ——共有 22 篇论文入选。《自然》(Nature)则成为了对此榜单贡献度最大的学术期刊——提供了 16 篇论文。哈佛大学、剑桥大学和伦敦学院大学则分别有 11 篇、7 篇和 6 篇论文入选。中国学者主导参与发表的论文共有 7 篇


“科研圈”按照不同学科整理了各领域最受瞩目的 TOP 3 论文名单,并将榜单中中国学者参与或主导发表的 7 篇论文一并挑选了出来。让我们一起看看,2017 年最吸引眼球的论文都有哪些吧。

正如前文提到的那样,在 Altmatric 评分系统中得到高分的论文确实收获了大众和媒体的目光,但是论文的科学性和正确性恐怕并未在这套评分系统中完全体现出来。比如排在第 1 名的《柳叶刀》文章,“低脂饮食增高过早死亡的风险”这种颠覆性的研究结果轰动了媒体和公众。但实际上,在论文发表不久后,科学界就对这项研究的方法合理性和结论正确性提出了质疑


此外,这次 Altmetric专门规定,入选论文必须为第一手的初始研究,并且要经过同行评议。不然,美国前总统奥巴马发表在《科学》的论述气候变化的论文,又要像去年一样获得 No.1 的关注度了:)
