MOUNTAIN WATER CLOUD FOREST
1、基础资料的调查分析和现状情况的综合分析研究
1. Studies on the investigationand analysis of basic data and the comprehensive analysis of current situation
碧桂园森林城市坐落在马来西亚柔佛州的首府的新山市，地处新马经济特区——依斯干达特区，距离新加坡直线距离2公里，占地面积约20平方公里。
Country Garden Pacificview islocated at Johor Bahru which is the capital city of Johor State, Malaysia andbuilt in the Iskandar Development Region of Singapore and Malaysia. It is 2 kmaway from Singapore by the straight-line distance and covers an area of 20 km2.
2、建筑设计概念和构思
2. Concept and idea of itsarchitectural design
构思从山水云林的自然元素中获得灵感，突出城市森林特征，打造未来城市榜样。设计突出热带城市的特征，运用绿色科技、生态环保技术。
Originated from naturalelements of mountain, water, cloud and forest, the design idea of CountryGarden Pacificview highlights the features of city forest and aims to make itas the model of future cities. Country Garden Pacificview is designed withstress on features of tropical cities and application of green and ecologicalenvironmental protection techniques.
以抽象的形体构成，完美的在建筑中呈现出自然界山水云林的形态特征，拓扑叠套而充满张力的形体展示出源于大地景观艺术独有的特殊美感，运用仿生学原理创造出模拟自然生态的建筑形式。
Made up by abstract forms and structures, the forest city gives a full display ofmorphological characteristics of mountain, water, cloud and forest in thenature, presents the unique beauty of landscape art with its invaginatetopological forms and structures, and creates an architectural form simulating naturalecology by applying bionics theories.
Under a rolling pitched roofand with tree-shape uprights standing in the continuous interior and outdoorspace of invaginate topological forms and structures, this forest city appearswith shadow effects of abundant fluidity and distinguished gradation and bringswith feelings of integration.
3、设计方案的详细说明。
（1）交通组织 Traffic organization
森林城市内部以步行及公交为主，网络交通将轻轨、车行、公交与步行无缝连接
Walking and bus are main means of transportation inside the forest city while networktraffic makes light rails, cars and buses accessible to people who walk inside.
（2）景观设计Landscape design
森林城市景观营造“让建筑融入自然、让自然感动心灵、让人类与自然和谐共生”的森林大花园。设计采用大面积绿化屋面，层间垂直立体绿化，流畅的云状曲线绿化沿着建筑边缘展开，形成连续不断的植物生长空间带。
Landscape of Country Garden Pacificview aims to make it a grand garden that integrate architecture into thenature, touch souls by the nature, and let human beings coexist with thenature. The landscape design employs large areas of green roof and verticalgreening between building levels with curve greening in form of cloud extendingalong edges of buildings, which creates continuous growing space for
plants.
景观和人的活动通过层层绿化平台相互穿插叠加重合，空间完全开放，建筑群体具有多向的景观穿透，与外部错台空间共同形成极具活力的场所。山水与建筑浑然一体。使人们居住体验与森林城市有着良好的互动。
Landscape and human activities coincide with each other through levels of greening platformforming entirely open space as building groups are penetrated by landscape frommultiple directions and form an energetic place with the combination ofexternal slab faulting space. Integrating landscape into buildings plays as agood channel for people to interact with forest
cities.
依托层级式、环绕式总体景观规划原则，绿化和开放空间形成以植物生长空间带，绿化平台、屋顶绿化花园，垂直绿化种植及绿化节点组成的点线面相结合的立体绿化系统。同时，引入水体点缀穿行在绿化带中，改善局部小气候。
On the principles ofhierarchical and ring overall landscape planning, Country Garden Pacificview’s greening and open space hasbecome a vertical greening system that combine plant growing space, greeningplatforms, roof greening gardens, vertical plant growing and greening nodes.Meanwhile, water’s being drawn to travel through greening strip is benefit tothe regional microclimate of the forest city.
（3）绿色环保策略 Environmental protection strategies
设计从自然中获得设计灵感，在形式和功能上满足绿色生态的发展要求，创新的实现了建筑和景观之间的和谐平衡，展现出自然与人工系统之间积极的协调发展。
Getting its design inspiration from the nature, Country GardenPacificview has met the demand of green ecological development from aspects ofform and function, creatively achieved the harmonious balance between architectureand landscape, and presented the positive sustainable
developmentof the nature and the artificial system.
建筑布局充分运用场地自然资源和建筑形体，强调视觉的景观性，最大化的实现自然通风和采光，降低室内太阳辐射。
Its building layout makes fulluse of local natural resources and building forms and structures stressing thevisual effects of landscape, maximizing natural ventilation and daylighting andreducing the amount of indoor solar radiation.
建筑的流线形体设计，有利于对主导风的引导，减少建筑迎风面的风压去及风影区对建筑环境的影响，使基地周边获得较为均匀的风场分布。
The streamline design ofits building is beneficial to guide predominant wind and reduce wind pressureon the windward side of buildings and wind shade’s impact on built environmentcreating a homogeneous distribution of wind field for its
surrounding areas.
建筑设计融入自然，采用符合马来西亚当地气候和生长条件的植物，兼顾生物的多样性和生态系统的平衡，打造一系列独特的生态区域。
The architectural design of Country Garden Pacificview integratesthe nature: it grows plants that meet the local climate and growing conditionsof Malaysia, gives consideration to the diversity of organism and the balanceof ecological system and creates series of unique eco-regions.
利于屋顶和场地收集雨水，设计雨水花园，并进行回收与再利用，提高水资源的利用率，打造海绵城市。
It is beneficial to collect rainwater from roofs and sites to designs rainwatergarden and to recycle and reuse it in order to improve the use ratio of waterresources and build a sponge city.
在不同的气候条件下，采用多种通风降温措施，达到高效率的通风换气。
Under different climateconditions, Country GardenPacificview will take various ventilation and cooling measures to achieveefficient ventilation.
高性能的建筑围护结构，极大的减少了传导或渗透导致的热损失，从而减少空调系统能耗。
It has efficient building envelope which will broadly reduce heat loss caused by conduction orpenetration and consequently decrease the energy consumption of airconditioning system.
