THE CLOUD-FOREST CITY





设计思考

(Concept)

人,栖居在自然中,来自自然,也归于自然。如果有一种装置把人与自然隔绝开来,切断了人的来路和归宿,这样的装置无论多么奢华,算是什么家园呢?

Human beings are living in nature, from nature. If there is a deviceto cut off the human and nature, it will be useless no matter how luxury it is?

 

自从人类进入工业革命以来,自然和人的关系如同越来越功利化。 而建筑就是一种割裂人与自然的装置,海德格尔看到了这种割裂,以《筑•居•思》提出“诗意的栖居”。

From the industry evolution, the relationship between human andnature is getting worse. Buildings become devices that isolate human from the nature. Heidegger has his famous sentence to live poetically.

云端•森林城市以此为切入点,在符合当代城市化背景下,重新思考人与自然的关系,试图在高密度住宅设计中,唤醒人与自然的肌肤之亲。

努力探索“诗意的栖居”的城市化与资本性。

The cloud forest city is trying to relink human and city within this globalization. In such density housing project, we want to achieve poeticliving in the capitalism world.



1. 垂直森林(vertical forest)

出发点不是一个建筑,而是以非人类中心主义构建一个生态圈,一个为人类,动物和植物提供各种服务的生态系统。人类在此可以工作,生活,娱乐,从事有机农业,同时与动植物和谐共生,平衡都市,自然,与农业区域的比例关系。

The starting point is not to design a building, but a non - human centered ecosystem, a ecosystems to provide a variety of services for human,animal and plant. People could work, living,play, engaged in organic agriculture in the system, while having the harmonious coexistence of plantsand animals. 



由于高密度的人居的诉求,迫使我们在垂直方向组织生态系统,从而实现垂直森林的设计理念,同过绿植改善其小气候。在满足容积率的同时构建生态圈。

Due to the high density residential demand, we have to organizational ecosystem in the vertical direction, with the concept of thevertical forest, with green plants to improve its microclimate.




(体量大小与垂直绿化的关系)

 

从混凝土时代前进到自然有机生长的时代,生物多样性的审美价值在项目中可以得到充分的体现。不同于单调沉闷的被动式住宅,垂直森林城市不仅利用自然植物花开花落进行自然的遮阳,吸收二氧化碳,同时也摈弃了文艺复兴时代砖石雕刻模拟植物的建筑手法,而是真实的与建筑生长,沿海岸展开,形成缤纷的有机立面。

The aesthetic value of biological diversity can be fully reflectedin the project. Different from the passive house drab, vertical forest could make use of natural plant flower for natural shading, , while the Renaissancebrick and stone having carving simulation of plant, forming a colorful organic facade.




2. 云端城市(cloud city)

三个层次:地面层,文化交流层,云端层。

(3 mainlayers: ground floor, communication layer and cloud layer)

地面以交通为主,利用海岸优势,提供了居民散步和慢跑的空间。同时确保机动车与非机动车的可达性。可以用于生产,商业与活动,同时通过提供地面的免费公共交通以及自行车系统,推广可持续发展理念。

The ground is mainly based on traffic organization, using the advantages of the coast, providing the space for the residents to walk and jog.At the same time ensure the accessibility of motor vehicles and non motor vehicles to promote the concept of sustainable development.




中部的文化交流层以各个贯穿建筑的平台构成,形成方案的主要公共活动区域,这里可以举办各种文化活动,或者是进行空中的都市农业耕种。城市来访者可以享受休憩,工作和各种活动。这是一个半开放灰空间,所有人都可以使用。

The central part of the cultural exchange platform to the construction in the middle of the air where you can hold a variety of cultural activities, or the air of urban agriculture. Visitors to the city can enjoyleisure, work and activities.


顶部的云端层是整个系统的关键,其集成了光伏发电系统,雨水收集系统,主动式遮阳系统等,为整个城市提供生态技术的支持。云朵之下则是茂密的自然丛林,人们可以与各种动植物亲密接触。同时通过光伏光膜将整个项目有智能化,以透明的光膜将有害射线吸收转化为可利用能源,可见光通过光膜对下部人,植物和建筑不造成影响,如此既保证人,动物,植物对阳光的需求,又有效的阻止阳光有害部分的伤害,还可以将其转化利用起来。

At the top of the building is the cloud layer, the key to the whole system, which integrates the photovoltaic power generation system, rainwater collection system, active sun shading system, and so on, for the whole city to provide ecological technology support. Below the clouds is the dense jungle of nature, people can be close contact with a variety of animals and plants. 

 



3. 立体共享

因地制宜的考虑所在场地自然环境因子,推导出最终的建筑形态。从日照和东南亚建筑的特点出发排布建筑

According to local conditions to consider the location of thenatural environment factors,  the final architectural form is made. Starting from the characteristics ofconstruction arrangement of sunlight.




同时抬高底层空间,提供了四通八达的交通流线。同时在建筑平台上设置绿化设施。

At the same time to raise the floor space, providing convenient traffic flow. The building platform is to hold green facilities.

 



利用水平空间组织空中花园,兼顾了临海的景观面,保证视线通透。

Using the horizontal space to organize the garden, taking intoaccount the landscape to ensure that the line of sight.



在建筑高度上保留一个地标建筑,达到主从分明。利用屋顶云端光膜进行雨水收集和光伏发电。

There is only one landmark building, to achieve the skyline visubility.Rainwater harvesting and photovoltaic power generation by using roof cloud light film.


立体层面的组织使得地面交通四通八达,地上串联各种功能空间,成为名符其实的立体森林城市。立体交通理念贯穿其中,强化交通流线连接。将TOD模式加以实践,以公共交通为导向,并组织运用到建筑设计中,使交通与功能“骨肉相连”。

Three levels of the organization make the transportation network,becoming a truly three-dimensional forest city. TOD model will be put into practice, guided by the public traffic organization, and applied to the architectural design, traffic and function as closely linked as flesh and blood"".





平面空间以经济实用为诉求,保持方正平直的布局形式,由于生态立面本身的丰富多彩,建筑师不需要通过几何形体的变化以牺牲功能为前提,达到美学要求。方正平直的布局可以适合各种功能空间。同时也为今后的灵活改造埋下伏笔。

The plans keep the layout straight, because the ecological facade itself is rich and colorful, the architect does not need to exchange the geometry at the expense of function, in order to achieve the aesthetic requirements. The straight layout can be suitable for a variety of functional space.At the same time fitting the future flexible transformation.




结语:

人,栖居在森林下,仰望苍穹,

因惊奇而探究宇宙之奥秘,

因敬畏而感悟自然之伟大。

People live in the forest, looking at the sky,

To explore the mysteries of the universe by surprise,

The nature of the great joy could be sensed.


云端森林城市试图在浮躁的城市化进程中,另辟蹊径,重新寻找人与自然之关系。

科技发展的同时,我们依然可以敬畏自然,感受生命。

The cloud forest city attempts to open a new path in the process, to find the relationship between man and nature. Within science and technology development, we can still be in awe of nature, understand the meaning of life.
