– 从物到场所

当世界各大城市天际线趋同的时候，我们憧憬碧桂园森林城市所勾勒出的绿色天际线能够脱离单体地标建筑’物’的乏味，营造出 <林谷之间> 的常青,并且有朝气的’场所’。
Skylines across the world start looking all thesame. Landmarks resemble each other and usually mean a big iconic towersurrounded by lots of lesser quality buildings.Our vision for the forest citygreen GREEN SKYLINE LANDMARK is that the centre ofthe city becomes the Icon.

雨林谷由5座标志性的建筑塔楼在地块外围的五点升起，每座塔楼有独一无二的性质，功能和个体。雨林谷是一个立体分层的城市。从外围蔓延至内，从高到底的城市中心广场是雨林谷的标志性设计概念。
The GREEN RAINFOREST VALLEY ismarked by 5 iconic quarters, each with distinguished and individualhighpoints.The buildings step down towards a green centre, a public space, freefor all to enjoy and a true heart of the development.

连接着5座建筑塔楼的是一个犹如手掌一般的“五指“中心雨林广场。建立在地表皮的上一层，连接着各大建筑塔楼的裙楼高度，这个中心雨林广场将全程的人车分流－车在下，人在上。由内至外蔓延着的“五指”连接着五大建筑塔楼，这五大元素也代表着建造万物的五行元素－金，木，水，火，土。它也代表着一个可持续发展城市的五大要点，这“五指”伸展在外的每一指都绽放着充满活力的公用空间，是连接四地块至城市中心的主要点。
The valley is made of 5 fingers, representing thefive elements, wood, fire, earth, metal and water. They also represent the 5pillars of sustainability, and each of the fingers has an opportunity for acommunity pavilion dedicated to one of these elements and sustainabilityinitiatives.The Valley park is surrounded by public activity, shops,restaurants, galleries on multiple levels for the people to enjoy a new healthygreen lifestyle.

标志性的雨林谷城市
如同雨林谷一般的城市概念，在四地块中央是一个空中森林广场。流线型的大广场由外的五个“手指”蔓延至内，直到中心点，一个生态雨林出现，直升高空。雨林谷的城市概念是一个三位生态环境，是人－城市－自然融合唯一的分层系统。被瀑布围绕着的雨林谷城市，在每次降雨时会将雨水储存起来并循环再用。人造瀑布将四地块周围的海港，水与地的元素结合一体。
THE RAINFOREST ICON
In the middle of the Valley, at the intersection ofthe 5 way junction of the five elements and quarters, a rainforest emerges andrises into the sky. A reminder of the city as a 3dimensional Ecosystem, aHabitat, a Green layered system of networks and relationships of nature. THERAINFOREST ICON is surrounded by a waterfall, which fills with waterafter each rainfall, and visually and physically connects theundercroft (and infrastructure) with the pedestrian level and provideslight and air circulation. As an example for the Landmark building we havedesigned one quarter in greater detail.

雨林谷的建筑群是相互连接和支撑的。由雨林的生态分层作为设计灵感，雨林谷城市的建筑塔楼运用相似的立体分层模式，每个建筑楼是一个独立的个体，但同时也在室内和室外互相连接与支撑。裙楼内是商务，购物，商业，美食广场，办公室，而在塔楼上则是公寓住宅和酒店。建筑物外立面由垂直绿化组成，外墙长满绿化，整个城市如同真正的雨林谷一般，是一个连接性极强的生态环境。
The Landmark tower is a group of buildings that each connect andsupport each other. - An architectural interpretation of the rainforest withvarious layers of program and vertical stratification, each of them independentunits but interacting in symbiosis. The shopping mall, business centres,foodcourts, offices, the serviced apartments and hotel rooms are allinterconnected and have large internal and external green terraces. Thefloorplans are modular, efficient, easy to construct and cost-effective, whilemaximising views and access to light and air.

新的设计概念是一个逆向的城市天际线。最高的塔楼建立在外围，从外至内，高到底的城市布局。中心则是一个人车分流的大中央广场，并在中心处建立了一个人造雨林。这个新的城市天际线模式，将会给住在塔楼的人们极其美丽的景观视线，一眼面临海港，另一面则是中心人造雨林。雨林谷城市将人放在城市中心，推动步行和人车分离的城市模式。
From each Apartment or office one can appreciatethe green valley views. Other than in traditional, centralised masterplanlayouts. All apartments enjoy great views, either towards thegreen centre or towards the surroundings, each with breathtaking ocean views. Anew green icon, a place that puts the people into the centre, a Rainforestvalley for everybody to enjoy, to promote health, wellbeing, lifestyle,happiness and success.
