城市绿丘
GREEN MOUNTAIN
为了探索绿色健康的生活方式，我们在繁华的城市生活中引入城市绿丘的概念，将大海、天空、草地、绿树、建筑融为一体，使生活于其中的人们享受自然的馈赠。建筑作为生态系统的一部分，以山丘为基本形态，融入到地景之中，通过生态技术的应用实现立体绿化系统。
骑行道路与漫步系统作为自然景观与建筑景观串联，人们在户外运动中可以享受到海滩、草地、树林等多样化的风景。建筑自由灵活的形态中配置复合功能，使人在体验自然的绿意的同时，也能享受方便的都市生活。
This project is aimed at exploring the green andhealthy way. We bring the concept of Green Mountain into the busy urbanism and integratethe sea, sky, grass, tree, buildings in order to make people who live hereenjoy the gift of nature. As part of ecosystem, the buildings are integrated intothe landscape with the basic form of the hills. Through the application ofecological technology, the buildings are green and ecological from inside tooutside.
We contact the natural landscape and architecturelandscape through the bike way and walking system. When going out for sports,people can enjoy different views such as the seaside, the grass and so on. Besidesthat, there are a great deal of different functions in the flexible and freebuildings, so that people can enjoy the convenient city life in comfortablenatural environment.
纵观整体城市区位，基地东南方向为滨海生态空间，西北方向的城市绿地是城市生态廊道的组成部分。基地所在位置应衔接城市生态空间与海洋生态体系。因此，在规划中我们首先考虑通过对基地生态系统的构建，来完成自然生态系统对城市的渗透。
在构建基地生态体系过程中，我们打破原有生态体系边界，利用慢行系统串联城市空间与海洋界面，同时利用垂直空间植入垂直绿化体系，最大化城市空间的生态效益。
The southeast of the base is coastal space, and the northwest direction is urban municipal green space, which is an integral part of urban ecological corridor. The location of the base should be connected with the urban ecological space and marine ecological system. Therefore, in the planning, we first consider the construction of ecosystem to complete the natural ecosystem of the city's infiltration.
In the process of constructing the base ecosystem, we break the boundary of the original ecosystem, use the walking system to connect the urban space and the ocean interface, and use the vertical space to implant the vertical greening system to maximize the ecological benefits of urban space.
1，划定外围绿地范围；2，结合外围绿地范围，划定慢行线路；3，打破绿地范围原有边界，绿地与城市空间有机融合；4，外围绿地系统蔓延至基地内部形成绿地网络；5，在绿地网络交汇处，植入垂直绿化体系。

在城市设计的策略中，着力打造绿轴、漫步系统以及沿街商业，绿色植物由海洋到建筑，再到陆地相互渗透，形成完整的生态系统；漫步系统环绕基地，建筑裙房连续形态构成空中慢行线路，形成“海洋、绿地、建筑”的立体式交通；沿街商业呈环状分布，丰富人群购物体验。
For the urban design, green plants grow on theground, from the ocean to the buildings and the land, constituting a completeecosystem. The walking system is around the site, constituting a three-dimensionaltraffic from the ocean, grass and buildings. The business along the street isannular in order to meeting with people’s shopping experience.
在核心地块的设计中，置入多种功能，公寓、五星级酒店及其配套、餐饮、商业、办公、健康中心、四岛规划展览馆、销售中心、水上娱乐、高端海景住宅等，满足人群的各种需求。
About block A and B, we put into differentfunctions，apartment、five-star hotel， restaurant， commerce， health center，exhibition， sales center， entertainment of the water，seascape residence and so on，to meet the various needs of people.
对高层形体及平面进行研究，同时进行剖面设计
We design the volume and finish the section plan.
在生态技术方面，我们将建筑单体组合考虑，通过对建筑墙面、屋顶、连接建筑的平台种植木本、草本等多种植物，增强建筑的生态属性。同时，在城市下垫面引入透水材质，增强基地蓄水能力。引入雨水收集、净化系统，用来灌溉植物或日常使用。通过植物呼吸作用、光合作用以及蒸腾作用，形成比较完整的生态物质和能量循环。
About the ecological technology, we consider the buildingmonomer together, through planting woody plants, herbs and other plants on thewalls, roofs, and platforms to enhance the ecological properties of thebuilding. At the same time, we introduce permeable material into the cityground surface to enhance water storage capacity. We introduce the rainwatercollection and purification system, used to irrigate plants or daily use.Through plant respiration, photosynthesis and transpiration, relativelycomplete ecosystem would be constructed.
通过城市设计以及核心区域的建筑设计与功能引入，完成生态与生活的相互融合。
We mix the ecology and ourlife together through the design of the whole city and the architecture.
