由LWK负责建筑及园境设计的世宙位于香港元朗安宁路，由4座住宅楼组成，总用地面积达12,340平方米，于2017年落成。
世宙合共提供1,129伙住宅单位，以2房及3房单位为主，实用面积由420平方呎到646平方呎不等。项目交通规划完善，毗邻道路网络及西铁站，屋苑地下设有全天候开放的公众大道。
Located in On Ning Road, Hong Kong, Yuccie Square is composed of 4 residential towers with site area of 12,340 sq. m., and was launched in 2017. In this project, LWK & Partners was responsible for architectural and landscape design.
Yuccie Square provides 1,129 residential units in total with 2-3 bedrooms each, and the saleable area is ranged from 420 to 646 sq. ft. There is an existing road network and MTR connection that has been enhanced by integrating a public 24 hour pedestrian walkway.

各式各样的会所设施 Clubhouse Facilities
世宙的会所设施被划分成数个不同的主题区域：运动主题区域设有特大健身室、各项健身设备、私人教室以及配备更衣室的豪华露天泳池，社交主题区域设有宴会厅、KTV房及游戏房等，校园主题区域则设有各类艺术设施和室外游乐场，其中游乐场被玻璃幕墙围绕，以便家长看护正在游玩的子女。
The facilities have been split into logical arrangements that cater for various themes. The health and wellbeing area provides an extensive gym area, fitness suites, private class rooms and a luxury outdoor pool with tastefully fitted changing areas. The social area, where residents can use as a social event for gatherings along with a karaoke suite and card rooms. There is also a school area with art and craft facilities and an outdoor playing area which has been designed to be fully enclosed and within eye view of supervisors.

特色商店大道 Special Feature: Retail Pedestrian Streets
屋苑地下设有特色商店大道，引入近代垂直灯光设计，现代感十足，且具多项作用，既能有效分隔商店店面，亦能为行人提供振奋的街道光影体验。入夜后，柔和光线沉浸在夜色之中，层次感更丰富，营造出独特的优美气氛。
Yuccie Square features a retail ground floor pedestrian streets in which a contemporary vertical lighting feature was custom-designed. This light feature serves numerous functions in that it separates each of the glazed retail shop fronts and provides an exciting feature custom street lighting experience. When the street is bathed in linear light at night time, it will provide a distinctive rhythmic atmosphere.

绿色景观 Landscape
世宙的景观设计旨在创造一个舒适的环境来满足年轻住客的需要，连绵起伏的草地、宽阔的林荫大道以及中央广场，既能满足政府对绿化率的要求和项目发展的功能要求，亦创造出一个为大众服务的集会空间。
The landscape concept in Yuccie Square conveys a trendy atmosphere and suitable facilities are included to appeal to these young users. Undulating lawns, wide grassed or planted pedestrian boulevards converge on a multimedia central piazza feature manages to fulfill strict government green coverage requirements while fitting in a comprehensive list of functional requirements specified for the development. It also offers a gathering plaza for open public use.
