跨儿空间——“闲庭花语”永生花艺工作坊
早春的三月，跨儿空间为社群带来了一场永生花艺工作坊。工作坊通过10种花材和3种容器让大家编织属于自己的春景。在与花结缘的春天，用花来疗愈内心。

Transpace–“Talking to the flowers in a tranquil space”: dried flowers making workshop
In March, which was still in early spring, the Transpace organized a dried flowers making workshop for the transgender community. The workshop taught the participants to build their own spring landscape by using ten types of flowers and three types of vessels. During this spring, the season to make friends with flowers, let’s heal our heart together with flowers!

“彩色医疗图鉴”上线
彩色医疗图鉴希望创造一个社群共享信息的线上平台，整合性多元友善的心理咨询和医疗相关信息。通过汇集社群的宝贵经验，让医疗信息更加畅通，减少偏见和歧视带来的不愉快就医经验甚至扭转治疗，促进友善心理咨询和性别肯定医疗的进步，共同营造对多元群体友善的环境。

The department launched “Uncover Map” applet online
The Uncover Map hopes that it can create an online platform for the LGBT+ community to share information, integrating resources for gender-diversity-affirming psychological counseling services and medical care. By collecting precious experience from the community, it aims to promote the circulation of information, reduce the possibility of receiving unpleasant medical care, including conversion therapy due to prejudice and discrimination, promote the improvement of LGBT+-friendly psychological counselling services and gender-affirmative medical care, and create a friendly environment for diverse groups.

职场部首创“员工多元共融计划”(EDIP)
职场部优化了现有的“职场多元计划”(Workplace Diversity Program，WDP), 将其分类为三类主要业务：“员工多元共融计划”(EDIP), “多元共融商业合作”(DIBC), “多元共融公益善行”(DIC)。其中“员工多元共融计划”(EDIP)为职场部2022首创，旨在帮助多元化群体在职场中相互了解、融合，增益团队友好，提高组织协作效能。

The department originally created Employee Diversity and Inclusion Program (EDIP)
The department optimized the current Workplace Diversity Program (WDP), and categorized WDP into three major services: Employee Diversity & Inclusion Program (EDIP), Diversity & Inclusion Business Cooperation (DIBC), and Diversity & Inclusion Charity (DIC). Among these three services, EDIP was originally created by the department in 2022, which aims to help the diversity groups understand and include each other in the workplace, promote the friendship in the team, and enhance the organization’s cooperation and efficiency.

“无艾成长计划”项目中第一期的HIV感染者互助小组顺利举办，HIV感染者成长支持小组旨在形成HIV感染者社群内的互助与支持。

As one of the events from AIDS-free Growth Program, the department successfully organized the first session of support group for people living with HIV. The support group aims to provide mutual help and support in the community of people living with HIV.

“听HIV感染者科普HIV知识”活动
与南京出色伙伴合作，举办了《听HIV感染者科普HIV知识》的活动。活动举办非常成功，收到了非常热情的反馈。

Working with the True Self, the department organized the event “Listening to people living with HIV: education on HIV/AIDS.” The event took place successfully and received quite passionate feedback.

3月，北同文化微信公众号共发布45篇推送，阅读量共计3.3万；官方微博共计发出14条博文，总阅读量破41万，其中【在零歧视日，看戳爷新片《三个月》——青春里的迷茫】、【《新蝙蝠侠》中的猫女或将为双性恋】、【哥伦比亚最高法院承认非二元性别】、【21岁乌克兰性多元权益倡导人士死于俄乌冲突】等原创博文内容引起热议。

The media platform continuously published our works
In March, the Beijing LGBT+’s WeChat official account published 45 articles in total, receiving 33k views. The official Weibo account published 14 posts, accumulating more than 410k views. Among them, the article “On Zero Discrimination Day, let’s watch Troye Sivan’s new movie Three Months–the confusion during teenage years”, “The Catwoman in The Batman may be casted as bisexual”, “Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia admitted non-binary gender”, “A 21 years-old Ukrainian gender diversity activist died in the Russia-Ukraine conflict” and other original posts sparked discussion.
