Alexander Skarsgard stars as the man beast in this new action adventure film. Now living an aristocratic life in London, Tarzan returns to the Congo with his wife Jane (Magot Robbie) and a blustery American envoy (Samuel L.Jackson) where he must stop a Belgian plot to enslave local tribes.
July 22: Manchester United vs Borussia Dortmund
The second edition of the International Champions Cup China (ICC China) brings Manchester United, Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund to the Mainland for a trio of exhibition games. While they’ve stumbled in recent years, Man U will tap into their sizable Chinese fanbase as they do battle against 2013 Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund of Germany.

July 23: Alec Ash’s Wish Lanterns Book Launch
For the latest in Glam’s M Talks China series, Beijing-based writer and journalist will discuss his newest work. July 24: Wayne Escoffery
After thrilling the city’s jazz cats last month, the Grammy winning tenor saxophonist is back at Heyday for an encore. Acclaimed as one of the world’s “most talented, poetic artists,” the London-born, New York-based sax man has released eight albums as a band leader and have hopped on countless others as an in-demand sideman. For the Shanghai show, he teams with some of the city’s finest, including special guest vocalist Teresa Lee.
