Jan 20: Modern Soup, Wheelhouse, Revival, and The Spondees
Yuyintang brings together a quartet of homegrown acts including the jazz-blues fusion of Modern Soup, veteran Shanghai act The Spondees (pictured), alternative rockers Revival and anthemic rockers Wheelhouse.

Jan 20: Harley’s Rock
Xuhui bar Harley’s has become a haven for the local rock scene and they’re spotlighting a trio of eclectic acts - seven-piece ukulele ska band The Molemen, hard rockers Limousine and indie rockers Revival.

Jan 20: Osunlade
UNICO Shanghai welcomes back the Yoruba Records founder that’s been dubbed ‘the messiah of ancestral house music.’ After cutting his teeth working with R&B icons like Patti Labelle and Freddie Jackson, Osunlade has crafted a distinct style of Afro-Caribbean-inspired deep dancefloor beats. With 14 albums to his name, Osunlade is a highly sought-after remixer and is praised worldwide for his legendary DJ sets.

Jan 21: Magic Piano & The Chopin Shorts
Chopin comes to life in this multimedia concert that pairs short films by award-winning animators that tell the story of Anna, her cousin Chip-Chip and their journey across Europe aboard a magical flying piano. Young Chinese pianist Tong Li will perform live.

Jan 21: Rock ‘n’ Roll Party
Inferno has lined up a hard rocking triple-bill featuring Shanghai upstarts Zhaojiabang, groove rockers The Deck Chairs and gut-punching punk act Grindhouse.

Jan 22: Martin Stadtfeld Piano Recital
The Leipzing Bach Competitions first prize winner is widely regarded as one of the world’s leading interpreters of Johann Sebastian Bach’s music, as proven by his classical chart-topping debut, Bach’s Goldberg Variations.
