Jan 19: Yonyon
A favorite in Seoul and Toyko’s underground circuit, the DJ/producer/singer makes her Shanghai debut at Le Baron with Yeti Out! Expect a mix of throwback hip hop, Jersey club and house from the rising DJ who has shared stages with the likes of DJ Krush, Ryan Hemsworth and Nosaj Thing.

Jan 20: Mr. Ho
The label boss of Hong Kong’s Klasse Recordings makes his DADA debut spinning a disco set headlining the latest 12” of Fun party, with support from residents DJs Lindberg and Tobias Patrick.

Jan 20: Ocean Lam

Co:Motion’s MIIIA’s monthly Room 303 party welcomes the Hong Kong DJ that has held residencies at Yumla, Bassment Bar and Social Room. A vital behind the scenes force in Hong Kong’s party scene, Lam has also headlined Clockenflap three years running. MIIIA supports.

Jan 20: Luluz Folliez

Cabaret themed cocktail bar Candor is back in its new ocation inside the Lyceum Theatre. They’re taking advantage of their bigger stage by hosting regular performances including a Chinese Classic Burlesque peformance from Luluz Folliez.

Jan 21: Jane Fitz
Shiny Shoes presents the ‘UK party-starting vinyl-digging legend.’ Over her two decades long career, Fitz has won wide acclaim fir her ‘hard-to-categorise mix of music that can take in early UK acid tracks, deep, spacey house, modern psychedelic techno, or ambient textures.’ Miki Discosnot supports.

Jan 22: Rooster Record Market x NTS Radio Live
Sunday is sadly a work day, but once you’re done, head to Elevator as it hosts a special Spring Festival themed vinyl record market. Dig through the crates with lots of Canto and Mandarin pop vinyl from the 60s, 70s and 80s available. In addition, there will be vinyl from some of China’s leading indie acts available, as well as large selections of Western and Japanese rock, jazz, hip hop, electronic and more. There will also be an NTS Radio live broadcast with DJ performances from Naaah, R3, CSC and Lindberg.
