The Bilingual Editor of Urban Family will be assisting the Chief Editor of Urban Family to create English and Chinese content for the company's family publication, its sister website www.urban-family.com and social media platforms such as WeChat and Facebook.

The Bilingual Editor will report directly to the Editor of That’s Shanghai. He or she must be fluent in English and Chinese.

The Bilingual Editor's chief responsibilities will be as follows:

1. To pitch story ideas and create content for Urban Family magazine, website and social media platforms and other Urbanatomy Media products as required;

2. To work closely with Urban Family and That’s Chief Editors and in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Design Departments to ensure the production schedules for each of the above mentioned products are met and of good quality;

3. To assist the UF Chief Editor as a liaison for the company's commercial team for matters regarding Urban Family;

4. To attend all meetings with the commercial team regarding editorial matters for Urban Family, and to brief the commercial team regarding same;

5. To help manage interns assigned on tasks related to Urban Family internship;

6. To represent the company at client meetings, press conferences, PR events or other family/community related functions;

7. To assist in creating content for the Community section of That’s Shanghai;

8. To assist in overseeing the running of www.urban-family.com and contents on UF social media platforms.

  2. 每周制订各平台内容计划，并定时更新。
  3. 与英文编辑团队紧密合作，商讨双语内容，及各产品设计风格。
  4. 与商务团队合作完成相应软文及客户定制内容。
  5. 协调各地中文内容更新频率，安排采访及出差时间。
  6. 积极参与各种家庭亲子类活动，协助市场部产品推广。
  7. 寻求与其他热门平台的内容合作，扩大产品受众群体。

•  要求：
  1. 本科及以上学历，新闻类优先

  2. 三年以上中文写作编辑经验，并具备双语沟通能力，能适应双语工作环境

  3. 熟悉家庭亲子类市场动向及新媒体产品运营

  4. 出色的沟通能力及团队协作精神

  5. 有新闻行业或亲子类产品资源或人脉的优先
