WATCH: Woman Throws Away ¥16K Because She's 'in a Bad Mood'

Talk about an expensive bad mood!

A rather forlorn-looking woman in Chongqing made headlines this week after surveillance footage showed her throwing away more than RMB16,000 on the streets.

According to reports, she threw the money away because she was in a bad mood. As to what caused that bad mood, we may never know.

A lone police officer was later shown scrambling to pick the bills up off the streets.
