Reinventing the classics, sides include roasted Brussels sprouts with shallots and olives, French bean salad with Feta and balsamic, creamy mashed potatoes, and an addictively good herb gravy.
While the turkeys are first brined in a secret mix of fruit and herbs before being roasted, perhaps the star of the show is that sultry, smoky ham that’s brined then ever so slowly smoked – a process that takes an astonishing 10 days!
Alongside these menus, FIELDS is also making its roast turkey and smoked ham available to buy on their own.
