For contrast, begin with something cool, the Burrata, Grilled Asparagus & Baby Heirloom Tomato Salad (RMB188), which is a vibrant celebration of flavor and texture. Packed with the harvest’s most tempting produce this dish is a light and refreshing way to start your meal.

After your virtuous salad, indulge in grilled Bacon Steak with Peach Bourbon Glaze (RMB100) — a thick cut of smoked pork belly that is prepared in the same manner as a traditional steak. Perfect as an appetizer or side dish, the impressive slabs are prepared with a peach-bourbon glaze for an extra dose of all-American flavor well worth the extra few calories.

Morton's main even is clearly the steak and you will love their two new additions. Go with the insanely popular 500g USDA Prime Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye (RMB988) with its unique cut allowing for a perfectly crusty sear and tender center or spice up your life with the 210g Wagyu Filet Mignon With Fire Roasted Anaheim Pepper Butter (RMB788).

For an additional treat, add some surf to your turf with location specific fish specials. Morton's The Steakhouse in Pudong offers Seared Halibut with Romesco Sauce (RMB428), while Morton’s Steak and Seafood Grille in Puxi offers Seared Cod with Romesco Sauce (RMB428). Rooted in Catalonian cuisine, the crazy delicious red sauce features roasted red peppers and almonds.

Morton's sommelier recommends a bottle of Beaulieu Vineyard, Tapestry, Red Blend, Napa Valley, 2013 as the full-bodied wine with spiced herb, dried currant and cedar notes is the perfect accompaniment to the new dishes.
