Beginning with something cool, the Burrata, Grilled Asparagus & Baby Heirloom Tomato Salad (RMB158) is a vibrant celebration of flavor and texture. Packed with the season’s most tempting produce, this dish is the perfect way to begin at meal.
An innovative addition to the grill comes in the form of the Bacon Steak with Peach Bourbon Glaze (RMB58) – two thick cuts of pork belly that is prepared in the same manner as a traditional steak. Perfect for an appetizer or side dish, the impressive slabs are prepared with a peach-bourbon glaze for an extra dose of all-American flavor; an indulgent treat that is worth the calories.
Moving into main courses, two new steak additions steal the show. The Wagyu Filet Mignon with Fire Roasted Anaheim Pepper Butter 210g (RMB598) pairs smooth spice alongside unbelievable tenderness. The mild to medium heat of the Mexican pepper-infused butter adds an extra flavor dimension to the lean cut of steak and is a unique option for those that like a little heat.
Dry Aged T-Bone Steak 450g (RMB588) is a rarely seen cut that die-hard meat lovers adore for its hearty flavor.
Seafood lovers will enjoy a dish of Seared Halibut with Romesco Sauce (RMB188). Rooted in Catalan cuisine, the red sauce features roasted red peppers and almonds; a wonderful blend of sweet and earthy flavor.
