为推动浙江省高质量共同富裕示范区域建设，凝心聚力画好同心圆，特邀请国内外高校大学生，通过镜头记录生活中的点点滴滴，展示您眼中的浙江，传递浙江人的幸福。

In order to promote the high-quality building of Zhejiang as the pilot zone for common prosperity in China, we invite college students in China and beyond to interpret Zhejiang and share the happiness of people in Zhejiang through your short videos.

报名方式

报名采取自愿方式进行，大赛免报名费，均采取网上报名。大赛组委会开设了参赛邮箱，参赛者要求以邮件形式在规定时间内提交以下材料：

Registration will be completed online and the competition is free of entry fees, as well as all entries are taken online.All the entrants are required to submit the following materials to the email set up by the organization committee within the specified time.

1.参赛短视频作品（视频文件命名方式：作品名称+学校+姓名）

  Short video entry (naming of the video file: name of the entry + school + name)

2.报名表格（附件1）

  Registration form (Annex 1)

3.承诺书（附件2）

  Commitment letter (Annex 2)

4.汇总表（附件3）

  Summary form (Annex 3)

5.身份证或国际护照电子版（正反两面，请注明只用于参加此次比赛）

  Electronic copy of ID card or passport (front and back, Specify that it will only be used for this competition)

6.参赛短视频剧照2张，参赛者照片2张（照片不重复，可以是拍摄工作时的照片，JPEG格式，像素不低于300dpi，2MB以内）

  2 stills of the short video entry and 2 different photos of the entrants (in JPEG format, at least 300 dpi, within 2MB).

7.提交时间：2023年12月30日前（以学校为单位提交材料，择优推选，不超过10份）

Submission deadline: by 30 December 2023 (submissions to be made by schools on a merit basis, with a maximum of 10 submissions).

作品评审

大赛组委会秉承公平、公正、公开的原则，对作品进行专业评审，本次比赛不向参赛者及组织单位收取任何费用。

The competition organizing committee will judge the entries in a fair, impartial and open manner, and will not charge any fees to the entrants or the organizing department.

奖项设置

奖项设置：

一等奖1名，奖金3000元；

二等奖3名，奖金各2000元；

三等奖6名，奖金各1000元。

大赛另设单项奖5名，其中最佳创意奖1名；最佳故事奖1名；最佳摄影奖1名；最佳视觉效果1名；最佳动画设计奖1名，奖金各1000元（注：奖金均为税前金额，相关税费由主办方按国家税务规定代扣个人所得税）。

Prizes: One for the first prize, RMB 3,000; three for the second prizes, RMB 2,000 each; six for the third prizes, RMB 1,000 each. There will also be five individual prizes, including one for the best creativity, one for the best story, one for the best photography, one for the best visual effects and one for the best animation design, with a prize of RMB 1,000 each (note: all prizes are pre-tax and the relevant taxes will be deducted in accordance with national tax regulations).
