工作职责：
Support management team to follow department annual action plan implementation, and make related data analysis and OTD report.
Pro-active finding and defining of Kaizen potential inside the company，Drive all department or cross-functional lean projects forward, including project selection, support, coach, follow up etc.
Promote Lean culture andmindset change inside the company via conducting lean training, lean expressand best practice sharing etc.
Conduct dedicated Kaizen projects to reduce lead time and cost, improve productivity and quality under consideration of customer requests.
Conduct CISS (continuous improvement suggestion system) inside XIA to enhance continuous improvement culture.

工作职责：
Develop the products process technology according to production equipment.
Design tooling according to process requirement.
Write process documents, SOP and cooperate with implementation of the relevant continuous improvement work.
Responsible for some testing work of process research in new products, new technology trial project.
Solve the technology and quality problems on site.
Supporting on-site production, procurement and sales work
According to the related requirement of SOP and operate process,make the relevant data record timely, and ensure the conformity of theprocessing process and ensure the in station quality and continuous improvement.
Make 5S work in own responsibility area.
Optimize own position product process, and reduce the cost gradually, shorten Lead-time.
Know all HSE standards related own position, and strictly comply with them.
任职要求：
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or other related professions.
5-8 Familiar with the product process planning, technical communication and manufactur ability review of the product components.
Blue belt certificate & basic LSS knowledge.
Know ISO 9001, ISO14001&OHSAS18001 system requirements.

Supplier Quality Engineer 外协检验工程师 （上海嘉定）
工作职责：
To make quality control plan and risk analysis for purchased items.
To make on-site inspections including reporting.
Check and approve quality documents by suppliers, i.e. certificate of raw material, dimension inspection report, NDT report, painting report.
To make explanation to suppliers regarding specifications.
To help supplier solve the problems found on site in cooperation with Valmet other departments.
To find root cause of defect, report it and create corrective action plan in cooperation with supplier.
Support procurement to finish supplier quality claim.
To help supplier get improvement in quality and sustainability.
To help suppliers set up working procedure according to Valmet requirements.
Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.
Engage in procurement, project management and project investment related work of hi-tech product &production.
任职要求：
Graduated from secondary school or above, and majored in mechanical or equivalent.
5+ years’ experience in a mechanical company, working as an inspector. Experienced in machining and welding part inspections.
Familiar with raw material, especially different standards: GB/EN/DIN.
Experienced in measuring technology, especially for using various gauges.
Ready to travel frequently.
Able to work independently, self-motivated.
Able to work under pressure.
Good ability to communicate with suppliers.
Outgoing and open-minded, willing to self-develop.
Basic English skills: shall be able to communicate and write in English.
Good computer skills.
