徐萍律师深耕资本市场领域，拥有超过二十年的执业经验。徐律师专注于证券、公司并购、资产重组及境外融资业务，具有丰富的实务经验。此外，她在金融、资管及证券相关的争议解决领域也积累了极其丰富的实操经验。在二十多年的执业过程中，她曾为几十家境内公司在中国和海外的上市及融资项目提供法律服务，并曾代表多家境内外客户参与收购、合资、重组等项目的法律服务。徐律师在医疗大健康和大消费领域拥有非常突出的证券项目经验，主办过众多该领域具有代表性的资本市场项目。

Ms. Xu has over 20 years of in-depth experience in capital markets.  She specializes in securities, mergers and acquisitions, asset restructurings, and overseas financings.  She is also extensively experienced in dispute resolution in the fields of finance, asset management, and securities.  In her over 20 years of practice, Ms. Xu has advised dozens of PRC companies on their listing and financing deals both domestically and overseas.  She has also represented multiple domestic and overseas clients in their acquisition, joint venture, and restructuring transactions.  Ms. Xu has exceptional experience in healthcare and consumer industries and has acted as lead counsel in many landmark capital market deals in those industries.
