关于居留许可的延期
Residence Permit Extension
请目前在华的国际学生自查居留许可的有效期，居留许可将于9月15日之前过期的学生，及时与留学生办公室（iso@ruc.edu.cn）取得联系并办理签证延期。具体步骤如下：
If you are currently located in China, please check the validity of your residence permit. If your residence permit will be expired by the September 15, please contact ISO (iso@ruc.edu.cn) for visa extension. The procedures are as follow:
1、自费生登陆微人大缴纳学费，支付完成后，保留学费缴纳凭证（学费缴纳页面的截图或学费电子收据）；
Self-financed students should pay for the tuition online through VRUC. After you completed the payment, please keep the receipt of tuition payment (the screenshot of payment or electronic receipt)
如需通过在中国境内进行银行汇款缴纳学费，请注明学号、姓名、学院，以便确认款项归属，并请妥善保留汇款回执，必备可能的查询之用。汇款信息如下：
If you expect to pay the tuition through bank remittance in China, please note student ID, name and school, and keep the receipt for further check. The remittance information is as follow:
开户名称：中国人民大学
开户账号：3389 5603 1681
开户银行：中国银行人大支行
2、自费生登录留学保险网http://www.lxbx.net购买2020-2021学年来华综合保险（800元人民币），保留网上缴费截图（或缴费发票）；
Self-financed students should purchase the comprehensive insurance (CNY800) for 2020-2021 academic year through http://www.lxbx.net, and keep the screenshot of payment or electronic receipt.
3、向留学生办公室公共邮箱（iso@ruc.edu.cn）发送姓名、学号、护照首页扫描件、签证页扫描件、学费缴纳凭证图片（奖学金生无需提供）、保险缴纳凭证图片（奖学金生无需提供）以及在华手机号。
Send the following information to ISO official email: iso@ruc.edu.cn
1. your name
2. student ID number
3. the scanned copy of passport main page
4. the scanned copy of visa page
5. the screenshot of tuition payment (for self-financed student only)
6. the screenshot of insurance payment (for self-financed student only)
7. your Chinese local phone number
如出现无法正常缴纳学费的情况，可向学院申请暂缓缴费。
Suspend payment can be applied with the school.
由于疫情期间无法入校，留学生办公室将及时查收邮件并与你联系预约签证申请。申请签证需要本人持有效证件在北京办理。签证办理时间为每周二、四。
As the pandemic control is still in process, students are not allowed to enter the campus. ISO staff will check the emails and contact the applicants in advance for visa extension and give all the documents at the East Gate. Students should come to Beijing for visa application.The ISO is open every Tuesday and Thursday.
