1、统计局公布数据显示，1-9月，全国规模以上工业企业实现主营业务收入81.9万亿元，同比增长3.7%；发生主营业务成本70.3万亿元，增长3.5%。1-9月，全国规模以上工业企业实现利润总额46380.6亿元，同比增长8.4%，增速与1-8月份持平。9月，规模以上工业企业实现利润总额同比增长7.7%，增速比8月份回落11.8个百分点。
National Bureau of Statistics of the People's Republic of China (NBS) released data showing that from January to September, the national industrial enterprises above the designated size achieved main business income of 81.9 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%; the cost of main business was 70.3 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.5%. From January to September, the national industrial enterprises above the designated size realized a total profit of 4.63806 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.4%, the growth rate was flat with that from January to August. In September, the total profits of industrial enterprises above the designated size increased by 7.7% year-on-year, the growth rate fell 11.8 percentage points than that of August.
2、方正证券任泽平表示，9月企业利润回落，主要受销售放缓和基数效应影响。虽然9月利润回落，但总体仍在改善进程中。预计4季度CPI反弹呈强弩之末，PPI有望延续回升但压力犹存。

3、第一财经消息，有多家媒体报道央行宏观审慎评估将于今年三季度起将表外理财纳入“广义信贷”指标测算。对此，央行马骏表示，该消息并不完全准确。目前MPA仍沿用前两个季度的“广义信贷”指标口径，表外理财并未正式纳入广义信贷范围。人民银行将根据模拟测算情况，进一步研究将表外理财业务正式纳入广义信贷范围的时机和具体方案，引导银行加强对表外业务风险的管理。

5、发改委印发《传统基础设施领域实施政府和社会资本合作项目工作导则》。政府和社会资本合作模式主要包括特许经营和政府购买服务两类，存量项目优先采用改建－运营－移交（ROT）方式。
