Uppercutz X NUTS呈现｜在一场Groovy盛宴里，你无法压制身体的节奏记忆

上个月Uppercutz给我们带来了一个过瘾的情人节之夜,这次Uppercutz主理人SlimDoctor邀请到两组来自法国的电子音乐人，准备来一场新律动！

2016年Tree-Angles受SlimDoctor邀请第一次到坚果，那次他们带来了自己最新黑胶EP《三 (saām)》，从非洲打击乐到雷鬼，从放克到亚洲Groove……这支旅居香港的法国二人组用多变的采样和抽象复古的节奏让律动充满整个现场。

Kalakuta Kid 也来自法国，是一名音乐狂热分子，对黑胶有着强烈的迷恋。他和SlimDoctor有过合作，娴熟的搓盘技艺把派对引向一个又一个节奏高潮。

值得一提的是，Tree-Angles和Kalakuta Kid从未逢面，却一直通过网络欣赏关注彼此。这次由SlimDoctor牵线，几位音乐人终于要在坚果开始他们的第一次碰撞！

Selekta Sève

来自法国，Paragon Sound System的创始人之一，长期以来在香港地下音乐圈享有话语权。她把在亚洲生活时获取的音乐灵感融入作品中，这种与众不同的尝试使她广为人知。

Selekta Sève曾在Lufuky Stink表演，将非洲Funk音乐带到Secret Island Party和Clockenflap，参与举办了各种活动，包括在Central Pier 10举办的La Fête de la Musique，在XXX举办的Anchorsong (日本)和Oma的Pomegranate。

One of the founders of Paragon Sound System from France, has long enjoyed a say in the underground music scene in Hong Kong. Her unique attempt to incorporate the musical inspiration she gained while living in Asia made her well-known.

Selekta Sève performed at Lufuky Stink and brought African Funk music to Secret Island Party and Clockenflap for various events including La Fête de la Musique at Central Pier 10, Anchorsong (Japan) and Oma at XXX Pomegranate.

LëKSs

LëKSs深受爵士、非洲Funk音乐和迷幻Groove的影响，他集DJ、制作人和萨克斯风手的身份于一身，也很难被界定为某种特定的风格。 LëKSs是Tsunami、Atmosphere HK和Paragon Sound System的创始人之一，也是声音/视觉/工艺二人组△以及操办POMEGRANATE HK三人组的成员。

Deeply influenced by Jazz, Afro funk, and psychedelic grooves, LëKSs is an eclectic DJ, producer, and saxophone play-er who can't be pinned down to a particular set of genres.
Co-founder of the Tsunami, Atmosphere HK, and Para-gon Sound System collectives, he is also one-half of the sound/visual/craft duo ▶▶△ as well as a member of the active triorunning "POMEGRANATE HK", which is an adventurous club night (and online radio station) that brings together local and international artists to showcase various musical vibes. 

Kalakuta Kid

Kalakuta Kid是一个来自法国西海岸的音乐狂热分子，他疯狂迷恋收藏黑胶，一直致力于追求音乐的本真，用黑胶做为表达自己音乐的最佳工具。

法国浓厚的HIP HOP氛围伴随着Kalakuta Kid的成长，使他对黑人音乐有着格外敏锐的嗅觉以及独特的见解。blues, jazz, soul, funk, disco, afrobeat, reggae, ethiojazz, bossa nova...都是在他音乐里不可或缺的元素。

Kalakuta Kid, a music fanatic from the west coast of France, is crazy about fetching vinyl and has been devoting himself to the pursuit of music, using vinyl as the best tool for expressing his music.

Kalakuta Kid has a particularly keen sense of smell and unique insight into black music. Blues, jazz, soul, funk, disco, afrobeat, reggae, ethiojazz, bossa Nova and other styles are all integral parts of his music.

SlimDoctor

Uppercutz主理人

一个唱盘主义者。有人将他对混音的熟练程度称之为“live mixing machine”。音乐不停的变换，节奏即兴，随意，跳跃，不假思索。如果你有心注意他的scratch ，会发现他还是一个不折不扣的音乐演奏家 。

Slim的音乐风格以HIP HOP,FUNK,BREAKS,GLITCH 为主，保持着自己对音乐的认识。广为熟知的“French Hip Hop ”Mix Tape 也正好体现了他国际化的音乐背景 。总而言之 “不管你有意无意，当你遇见SlimDoctor 的那一刻起，你的脚步便不再属于你自己。”

A turntablist, using just scratching and vinyl, he is chongqing's most famous dj. He can be regarded as a live mixing machine, as he'll whip out new beat combos and blends that'll remind why chongqing's culture isn't just spicy because of the food.
