Half English, half French, 'Frenglish' Frank learned early that the dual joys of life and music were best shared on an international scale. Cutting his teeth on local radio in his French hometown, Rennes during his teenage years, he went on to take the UK student scene by storm with his groove and funk-infused electronic music show French Toast. This saw him handed a Gold Student Radio Award for his programming by none other than Annie Mac (BBC Radio 1), and nominated in the Rising Star category at the UK Radio Academy Awards. Subsequent work with the legendary Gilles Peterson on BBC radio gave him his blueprint, and after establishing his brand across London’s diverse networks, he began attracting a worldwide audience through syndication in France, South Africa, India, China and beyond.
