Live Nation今日宣布，来自澳洲的知名独立摇滚乐团The Temper Trap将于2017年3月6日登陆上海浅水湾文化艺术中心，首唱内地！

Live Nation is proud to announce that The Temper Trap, the award-winning indie-rock band from Australia, will perform for the very first time in mainland China, on March 6, 2017 at QSW Culture Center, Shanghai.

此次The Temper Trap上海演唱会的票价为288元，将于1月17日周二下午3点开售，乐迷可至大麦网Damai.cn或拨打热线电话1010-3721抢购，smartshanghai.com亦将于近日开启售票。

此次The Temper Trap内地首唱，也标志着Live Nation正式于中国市场启动巡演品牌“SOUNDBOX音箱—听见好音乐”。该品牌将在全世界甄选崛起中的前沿音乐人引入亚洲，以多样化的音乐演出不断刷新我们对音乐现场的定义。Twenty One Pilots、KillerSoap 杀手锏 、Miyavi等都曾登上过SOUNDBOX舞台。

The indie-rock veterans will inaugurate Live Nation China’s touring music series SOUNDBOX. A concept devoted to bringing cutting-edge talent to Asia in a continuous endeavor to bring an eclectic mix of artists unlimited by origin or genre, to further build performances that define our musical lives. Previous SOUNDBOX acts include: Twenty One Pilots, Killer Soap, Miyavi, etc.

荣耀边缘，音乐之光 

仿若未经雕琢，却又细腻洒脱——凭借极具感染力的另类摇滚风格，这支来自澳大利亚墨尔本的乐队在2006年以首张EP为起点，不懈走遍各地现场演出，渐渐为人所知。

他们于2009年发布的首张专辑《Conditions》，包含了之后大受欢迎的单曲“Sweet Disposition”，可谓巨大成功；

该单曲在全球售出一百万张，独特的曲风更是成为许多主流艺人的灵感源泉——英国小天后Ellie Goulding早期未成名时就翻唱过该曲，也称得上是他们的一位「明星粉丝」。

This soulful Australian alternative rock band first rose to local acclaim in Melbourne, Australia in 2006 with the release of their debut EP. Their 2009 debut album Conditions, propelled by the hit anthem ‘Sweet Disposition’, was a huge success and sold nearly a million copies worldwide. 

Two years later, the band delivered the self-titled album, which featured the singles ‘Trembling Hands’ and ‘Need Your Love’ and was certified platinum.

或许他们的风格更为低调、朴实，但这却丝毫抵挡不住好音乐散发的光芒：同名专辑获白金唱片认证；屡次提名并获ARIA澳大利亚唱片工业协会奖、提名全英音乐奖最佳国际团体…口碑与热度并存。

现场表演更是他们的灵魂与魅力所在。从小型演出起步，到受邀至全球顶级音乐节如Glastonbury，Lollapalooza，Coachella…独具慧眼的Coldplay、甚至Rolling Stones滚石乐队，都曾邀请The Temper Trap为自己体育场级别的大型巡演担任嘉宾。

More than a million albums sold; more than 150 million streams on Spotify; arena support tours with Coldplay and the Rolling Stones; gracing the stages of Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and Coachella; being nominated and winning a number of prestigious ARIA Awards in Australia, as well as receiving a nomination for best international group at the BRIT Awards. It has been a good few years for The Temper Trap.

Thick As Thieves

诚意回归

《Thick As Thieves》，中文译作《亲密无间》，是他们的2016回归之作。整张作品浑然天成，完全没有让翘首以盼的忠实歌迷失望；

更难能可贵的是，专辑并不晦涩——这张情绪饱满而振奋的新作，哪怕是初听The Temper Trap的歌迷也会立即爱不释手。

The Temper Trap in 2016 is a consolidation of what made the band matter to people in the first place. The title Thick As Thieves seemed a natural choice. Anthemic, direct, up, emotive music, typified by the first three songs that came: ‘So Much Sky’, ‘Summer’s Almost Gone’ and ‘Burn’.

新专辑同时体现了乐队如何在勇于突破的同时，不忘初心。正如主唱Mandagi所说，“我总是不断回想起我们刚出道时的情景，在最初的时候，我们奋力拼搏才取得了现有的一切。而现在，我们仿佛又重回当时的状态，那感觉很棒！”

Thick As Thieves is the sound of a band who have taken risks but have also re-connected with why they fell in love with music in the first place. “I look back very fondly on those times, back at the start, when we were really having to work for it,” says Mandagi. “And it feels a bit like that now. And that is really cool.”

而这一次，乐队也将借由2017世界巡演的舞台，为全世界的歌迷现场传递来自新专辑的充沛音乐能量。
