海的那一边 | 连云港·天誉未来

印象中的连云港，自带仙气，它古称“海州”，是一座山海港城，大海便是它的精神符号。天誉未来城正位于连云港自贸区，两者的碰撞相遇就像是星辰落入大海，浸染着海的宁静与力量，整个场地氛围犹如鲸鱼跃然于海面之上，呈现磅礴之姿，自由之态，肃然之魅。由此，我们的设计语素必定是基于这座城市的基底与境化。

为打响天誉未来城在连云港的首秀，塑造一个能承载不同生活场景，且极具地缘特色与城市精神的高品质栖息空间，景观设计以“海的那一边”为空间主题灵感，发散设计语境为多种想象空间。以在海的那一边，遇见鲸、看见宇、梦见星、追寻鱼等空间串联起“星辰大海·洄游鲸梦”的浩淼之境，塑以“鲸”的形象IP赋能场地，将海的颜色与意境感衍化成一舒一缓优美的线形与用色，连接与延续多元的空间设计，凝聚为一抹融汇了浩瀚宇宙、海之记忆及美好人居的海之愿力。

场地蜷伏于十字路口一角，原红线与建筑间进深较短，需借用市政绿化带打造整体景观，打破场地原有的既定边界，重塑城市公共空间，但转角处市政植物茂盛，对界面有一定遮挡。景观将海浪衍化成优美的线形，缓缓延申连续空间，利用海的元素，打开市政转角，设置精神堡垒，由此也打开了这座城市的自由与浪漫。

The site is crouched at the corner of the intersection. The depth between the original red line and the building is short, so the municipal green belt is needed to create the overall landscape, breaking the original established boundary of the site and reshaping the urban public space. However, the lush municipal plants at the corner block the interface to some extent. The landscape evolves the waves into beautiful lines, slowly extending the continuous space, using the elements of the sea, opening the municipal corner, setting up the spiritual fortress, thus opening the freedom and romance of the city.

从樱花夹道进入，空中飞跃的虹桥宛若鲸鱼跃出海面架在绿岛上，亮眼的海洋蓝渐变色系强化记忆度与昭示性，吸引人流进入，虹桥右侧则是一组灵动的大小鲸鱼组合雕塑，向上飞跃的身姿与横卧的虹桥形成互动，起到画笔点睛的视觉效果。

Entering from the cherry blossoms, the Hongqiao leaping in the air is like a whale jumping out of the sea and resting on the green island. The dazzling ocean blue gradient enhances memory and visibility, attracting people to enter. On the right side of the Hongqiao is a group of smart whales. Combining sculptures, the upward leaping posture interacts with the recumbent Hongqiao, which has the visual effect of the finishing touch of the brush.

雕塑整体骨架则由不锈钢构成，大鱼通过三角形切面拼接工艺，内置灯光隐隐外露，灵动闪耀，小鱼则是以镜面不锈钢进行表面不规则打孔处理，内置灯光，在映射周边环境的同时，形成流光浮动的夜景效果，展现相遇的唯美与神秘感。

The overall skeleton of the sculpture is made of stainless steel. The big fish is spliced through a triangular section, and the built-in light is faintly exposed and sparkling. The small fish is made of mirror stainless steel with irregular perforation on the surface. The night scene effect of the streamer floating, showing the beauty and mystery of the encounter.

整体植物空间结合蜿蜒的砾石带模拟一种自然湿地森林的感觉，绿岛的浪波叠着一层一层的细叶芒，微风吹拂，如同浪花翻涌起伏，人行走在虹桥上，穿梭于一颗颗落羽杉间，林荫婆娑，感受多维的层次空间，在不同角度空间置换，形成看与被看的互动关系。

The overall plant space combined with the meandering gravel belt simulates the feeling of a natural wetland forest. The waves on the Green Island are layered with layers of fine awns. Among the fallen feather fir trees, the shades of trees are swirling, and you can feel the multi-dimensional layered space. The space is replaced at different angles to form an interactive relationship between seeing and being seen.

为激发城市公共活力，拓展未来大区儿童娱乐间，在景观前场的视觉焦点处，我们以“星海漩涡”为主题打造了一个飞虹下的海底儿童世界。

In order to stimulate the public vitality of the city and expand the children's entertainment room of the future region, we created an underwater children's world under the rainbow with the theme of "Xinghai Vortex" in the visual focus of the landscape front.

一个个巨大的圆形泡泡于飞虹下接壤，巨大的鲸鱼蜷伏于场地内，一颗颗紫鹃球阵，仿佛鲸鱼吐出的水珠泡泡，一圈又一圈将功能场所联系起来。

One after another huge circular bubbles border under the flying rainbow, huge whales crouch in the field, and the purple cuckoo balls form a circle like the water drop bubbles spit out by whales, connecting the functional venues in circles.

整个场景围绕鲸鱼主题活动器械结合各具特色的互动装置来营造星海漩涡的梦幻氛围，主体大鱼构架在拼接面上做了不同材质的融合并结合镂空细节处理，灯光隐隐内透，鱼首和鱼尾间以海浪般的曲线相连，结合蓝色系塑胶场地营造，宛如鲸鱼在海上遨游，带起阵阵浪波。另一侧则是飞鱼组合云朵造型的风动装置，不同材质的组合结合不同高度立杆灯光装置，微风吹拂，鱼随风动，抬头望去犹如跌入一片星河梦境，梦境中有一群大鱼在云中穿梭。两两碰撞，水天相接，海上的鱼，星河的鱼，将鲸鱼畅游的姿态活灵活现的展示在孩童面前。

The whole scene revolves around the whale-themed activity equipment combined with various interactive devices to create a dreamy atmosphere of the vortex of the star sea. The main body of the big fish frame is fused with different materials on the splicing surface and combined with hollow details. The lighting is faintly transparent, and the fish head and The fish tails are connected by a wave-like curve, and combined with the blue-based plastic venue, it is like a whale swimming in the sea, bringing waves. On the other side is a wind-driven device in the shape of flying fish combined with clouds. The combination of different materials is combined with a pole lighting device of different heights. The breeze blows, and the fish moves with the wind. Looking up, it is like falling into a dream of a galaxy, and there is a group of big fish in the dream. Travel through the clouds. The two collide, the water and the sky meet, the fish in the sea, the fish in the galaxy, and the swimming posture of the whale is vividly displayed in front of the children.

我们希望活力的边界依然拥有纯粹的调性，动与静的空间相处并不冲突，它们是两种美好场景的呈现。“树庭水苑”内聚空间犹如被打开的“盲盒”，是一种豁然开朗的惊喜。

We hope that the boundary of vitality still has pure tonality, and the coexistence of dynamic and static space does not conflict, they are the presentation of two beautiful scenes. The cohesive space of "Tree Court Water Garden" is like a "blind box" opened, which is a sudden surprise.

弧形的落水景墙如声势浩大的浪潮，轻飘出一只独秀，特选紫薇与阵列的乌桕形成对视，不同的拼接给这片深蓝带来不一样的浪漫色彩。

The curved falling water wall is like a mighty wave, and a single show floats lightly. The specially selected crape myrtle and the array of black tallow form an opposite look. Different splicing brings different romantic colors to this dark blue.

水与影交织，星光排列，还有远近的声音与内心的回响，激活每个人内心深处的情绪。

Water and shadows, starlight arrangement, as well as near and far sound and inner echo, activate everyone's deep emotions.

转角邂逅框景石语，自然、平和、简素、质朴、清逸、宁静，写意“方寸之地幻出生命之韵”，一隅天地将自然意义与哲学艺术融合，打造一方微缩式的禅意园林景观。

在场地链接样板区域的通过空间，我们利用幻彩玻璃格栅结合白色铝板的结构打造了一条“幻彩晟庭”，幻彩玻璃与光影交织，在墙面、屋顶、水面停留，成为了通廊的空间底色。

外面是层叠的绿浪沿着水景向内渗透，红梅与河桦构成绿带核心景观骨架，通廊设计巧妙利用幻彩玻璃构成立面格栅，于狭长的空间营造碰触心灵的观感体验，犹如钻石般的水晶材质，透过阳光折射出五彩的光芒，在地上，在水面，融合枝桠穿透过来的阳光，一半梦幻一半自然，让每位观者都能邂逅这份光影与艺术。

看过了海的多彩与浪漫，不如再来体验海的宁静与美好，仿佛踏入了海底的迷雾森林，样板庭院以低成本小草坡结合鱼形片岩水景曲线勾勒出一种曲水流觞的意境。人行步道在纯粹的乌桕林下穿插咬合，行至其中，悠游婉转，空中悬坠着轻质的群鱼雕塑，犹如穿梭在海底世界，氛围感拉满，林中点缀些许芳香植物，流水置石，小品坐凳，无形中增添了些鸟语花香， “鱼隐云溪”的生活意境，于此光影林间回归高品质的居所体验。

“营造有形，匠筑无限”，从方案、图纸质量管控阶段，到施工图精细交底、景石、苗木的精选加工，以及雕塑软装、仿石景墙、灯光设计等环节，甲方和设计师全方位把控设计，反复推敲质量，施工从细从严。
景石写意，匠心独运，甲方对每一块重点位置的景石都做了详细的研究和解读，针对效果图推敲、切割方案、摆放方式、加工要点向施工单位和石材加工商交底，提前明确标准。为了找到符合设计效果的景石，不惜跨越600KM到黑山石的原产地精心挑选，真正做到每一石皆极致。

项目条件差，土壤盐碱性强，不利于苗木生长，在设计阶段就对周边苗木品种及生长情况实效调研，选取具有耐盐碱性、耐瘠薄且适应性强的观赏品种如墨西哥落羽杉、河桦、乌桕、染井吉野樱等耐盐碱类植物，与周边绿化环境形成呼应。于自然无声处，讲究造园意匠，极富诗意和搭配美感。

儿童活动设施雕塑软装方面，更是从加工过程就及时跟踪施工进度，整改问题逐个销项，对雕塑的形态比例、面层材质、空间关系、灯光效果逐项把控，发现问题及时纠偏，最大程度还原方案效果。品质管控，从严施工，做到高度还原“鲸凫入海 ，穿渡梦境”的空间主题。

从一纸蓝图，到园林大境的实景呈现，从一句承诺，到鲸启未来的真实兑现，都离不开甲方与设计团队的共创与精研，指导与支持，匠心投入与精工打造，只为缔造品质人居的“鲸梦美学理想”。
