以上2个职位，均职于上海，负责品牌的中国区免税业务，汇报给品牌TR中国区总经理，下属团队包括：销售主管/零售经理/柜台经理/美妆顾问，业务遍及中国免税渠道所有重要零售网点。

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Manage and achieve retail sales growth/targets as well as brands’ net sales goals:

1. Manage, develop existing doors according to brand strategies as well as expand and recommend new business opportunities for both landed and in-flight segments of the business

2. Working with team to establish and build businesses in new doors ensuring that brand strategies are adhered to at all points.

3. Develop strong working relationship with retailers 

4. Working with team to ensure timely implementation of marketing programs and ensure correct product mix and assortment are available for each door

5. Manage a pool of strong sales personnel (office and field) who are well equipped to providing the brands’ iteration of high touch consumer experience

REQUIREMENTS

1.  Bachelordegree, preferably in Sales and Marketing;

2. Minimum5 years managerial experience, with 3 years’relevantworking experience in duty free environment/cosmetics industry;

3.   Proficientin both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

4.   Mobile,energetic and willing to travel up to 60% of time;

5.   Self-starterand team player;

6.  Good presentation skills and strong in written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese;

7.   Proficientin MS office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
