虹声丨做最好的自己

在过去的壬寅虎年，多重不利因素的空前叠加让行业发展荆棘载途。东方雨虹人滚石上山不松劲儿，咬紧牙关，哪怕艰辛泪水成汪洋，苦熬不馁，哪怕难见希望和曙光。合力之下硬是突破层层险阻，坚守创新、保产保供、匠心做工、真诚服务，挺过了史无前例的严苛考验。

Looking back to the Year of the Tiger, the past road we traversed was full of challenges and obstacles. Yet, despite the extremely challenging industrial landscape, Oriental Yuhong never gave up, not even when we were in dire straits. With resilience and determination, we put blood, sweat, and tears into our work. Regardless of the troubles ahead, we insisted on our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and sincerity and ensured production and supply. With joint efforts, we have survived this unprecedently tough test.

癸卯兔年已至，百年未有之大变局加速演进，建筑建材行业转型升级纵深挺进，时代变革之快总会超乎保守者的想象。但抱怨放纵、躺平摆烂永远于事无补，刀刃向内、苦练内功才是逆流而上的动力源。掌声、笑声对我们都没有用，除了决绝归零，真正做最好的自己，心无旁骛脚踏实，终会守得云开见月明。

As the Year of the Rabit approaches, our world is undergoing profound changes at an accelerating pace. The transformation and upgrading of the construction and building materials industry are deepening, whilst the rapid changes of the times are often beyond the imagination of the conservatives. However, complaining, self-indulgence or sleeping on the problems are to no avail. Only self-improvement and internal reforms are the engines of forward momentum. Applauses and laughter are of no use to us. Apart from going back to square one, we also need to be the best we can be. So stay focused and steadfast, and we will see that every cloud has a silver lining.

丈夫志，当景盛，耻疏闲。作家老舍曾言“人要是没那么点劲儿，跟整天低着头拣食的鸡有什么分别呢？”东方雨虹正值年轻力壮，更应夯实底气，紧握两把刷子书写新卷；长存浩气，诚信之道构建阳光生态；处世和气，热忱服务赢得用户信赖；集结锐气，擎起必胜之旗挑战极限；充满志气，怀揣四方之志勇闯世界。这“五气”亦是我们迎战未来的上等武器。

A great person should have grand ambitions and be ashamed of idleness. Writer Lao She once said, "Without energy, one has no difference with a chicken with its head down all-day picking food." Oriental Yuhong is at its prime. Therefore, we should adhere to craftsmanship that makes up the foundation of our career, integrity to build a healthy business landscape, sincerity to win our customers' trust, vitality to keep on making new challenges, and ambitions to go overseas. They are also our greatest edge in future competitions.

日月不肯迟，四时相催迫。谨记做最好的自己，是我们在时代发展洪流中永葆活力、应对一切艰难困苦的不二法门。

Time and tide wait for none. Therefore, remember to be the best you can be, as it is the optimal way for us to stay alive in the development of the times and overcome all difficulties and hardships.
