开场白
Opening a presentation
根据场合的不同，开场白有很多种不同的表达方式，可以很平实，表示感谢到来，也可以很激昂，一句话就勾住听众的心。
举例1：在正式场合做演讲，需要隆重的开场白
Ladies and gentleman. It's an honor to have the opportunity to address such a distinguished audience.
女士们先生们，我感到很荣幸有机会在这么多杰出的观众面前发言。
Good morning, everyone. I’m thankful for your coming, and you will thank me by the end of my speech. Because I am going to be talking about a method that could double your profit margins or your salary.
大家早上好，我很感谢你们的到来，但演讲的结尾你们会感谢我。因为我要说的是一种能使你的利润/工资翻倍的方法。（自信，幽默，先声夺人，引起听众兴趣）
举例2：在轻松场合，可以随意一些
Hello, everybody. Thank you for making an effort to come today.
大家好。谢谢大家今天抽出时间来这里。
Good morning/afternoon, I'm very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.
早上/下午好，我很开心能站在这里给大家分享一段短演讲。（课堂分享开头常用）

概述
Summary of Presentation
在开场白之后，演讲者应该简单说明一下你的展示，包括主要内容、展示时长等。
【主题】
The subject of my presentation is...
我今天演示的主题是……
I shall be speaking about...
我主要谈论……
Today we are here to give a presentation on...
今天我们要做一个关于……的演示
【发言长度】
During the next ten minutes, I shall...在接下来十分钟，我会……
My presentation will last for about twenty minutes.我的演示大概有二十分钟。
I won't take up more than ten minutes of your time.我的演示不会超过十分钟。
I know that time is short, so I intend to keep this brief.我知道时间不多了，所以我会简短说明。
【概要】
My presentation is in three parts/main sections.
我的展示主要分为三部分。
There are four main aspects to this topic, (Firstly..., Secondly..., Thirdly..., Finally…)
这个话题主要有四个方面，（第一，第二，第三，最后...）
I will deal with these topics in chronological order.
我将按时间顺序说明这些问题。
【引起听众兴趣】
I’m going to be speaking about something that is vitally important to all of us.
我要说的是对我们所有人都至关重要的事情。
The next ten minutes will change your attitude to your work and your life.

切入正题
Subject of Presentation
（1）演讲过程中，时不时要提醒观众：内容和他们的切身利益密切相关。
As I said at the beginning…
正如我开头时所讲的那样…
As you remember, we are concerned with…
正如你所记得的那样，我们十分关心…的问题。
It relates directly to the question I put to you before.
这与我之前向你们提出的问题直接相关。
(2）确保观众跟上你的思路。
That's all I have to say about…
这就是关于…我所要讲的所有内容了。（总结上面）
I'd now like to move on to …
现在我要说下一个…（启示下文）
（3）引导观众看PPT
This graph shows you…
这一图表你展示了……
I'd like you to look at this map.
我希望你们能看一下这个地图。
As you can see flow chart, ...
就像你看到的流程图，（可以看出...）

总结
Concluding a presentation
（1）用两三句话，快速、简短地总结出演讲的要点
Well, that's about it for now. We've covered…
这就是我所要讲的全部内容了，我们说过了…
That brings me to the end of my presentation. I've talked about …
这就到了整个展示的结尾了。我已经说过了…
（2）如果演讲内容有可操作性，如理财计划，那么鼓励听众形成下一步计划和行动
In conclusion, if you want to …, you need to …
总之，如果你未来想…，现在你就要开始行动。
（3）最后，感谢所有人的到来
If you think of other questions, send me an email. Thank you all for coming today.
如果你想问其他问题，就给我发邮件。谢谢你们今天来。
