在PM2.5和PM10中菌检测到了细菌(Bacteria)、真核微生物(Eukaryota)、古菌(Archaea)和病毒(Viruses)等微生物,其中绝大多数是细菌,其次是真核微生物(图1B);其中优势细菌/古菌门有:放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和广古菌门(Euryarchaeota); 雾霾中的微生物(尤其是细菌)可能主要来源于陆地土壤环境(图1D); 其中绝大多数为非致病性的微生物,但也含有少量致过敏及病原微生物,主要为肺炎双球菌、烟曲霉菌和人类腺病毒C; 随雾霾中PM物质浓度的增加,其中致过敏及病原相关的微生物的量及其相对比例也随之增加。
